Service is absolutely convenient and good! I would highly recommend them to those who need their services.

Matt offered the best service we could have possibly hoped for. Our trip was a 6 month road trip around the USA and he helped us to buy and sell our dream car for the trip.

I was initially worried about the money transfer element but Matt arranged for me to speak to previous customers and everything was seamless.

We looked into buying a car ourselves before we arrived including buying through friends in America and the headache it would have caused was not worth the hassle.

One of the best things is the saving you make on buying a car through Visitor.US pays for most of the service so it was almost free!

Before starting a trip with my family in the USA and Central America I was investigating the options of getting a mobilhome in the VS for travelling. Either shipping one from Belgium or buying and selling in the VS. I came across Visitor.us who helped me to get all my questions answered and make a decision. In Oktober 2022 I bought a motorcycle in Texas, only around 1 week earlier I contacted visitor.us and told them my plan. I had only one week for the buying process in Texas & registration process in Montana as I was studying in Monterrey, Mexico and only had one week off. Matt was really transparent about the possible risk in the registration that it can take sometimes longer, which is out of his hands. However, as I bought the motorcycle and send the papers to Montana on a Wednesday evening, I received the license plate & registration on Friday morning - only 1 day for the registration. Matt was also very supportive in the buying process and also provided really useful information for the boarder crossing to Mexico, which made things a lot easier with the Mexican authorities. I can only recommend visitor.us as they are always giving 100%!

Needed to find a way to buy a car in the US in order to drive the Panamerican. We found a car on Facebook Market that was based in Washington State. We didn't had to drive to Montana in order to do the paperwork and get the plates. VISTOR.US took care of everything. They helped us with all the paperwork (Title, insurance, how to pass boarders, etc) and sent us the plate within a few days in a location of our choice. Fast and convenient !

I am convinced visitor.us is the best option for a longer Roadtrip. The cost savings of buying and then selling a car compared to renting are really significant. I researched buying a car as a foreigner, and going with visitor.us really is the best way to go. Matt is a really great guy and I am happy I got to meet him personally in Bozeman!

When my family and I were looking to travel in the US for an extended period it looked like there was no way for a foreigner to buy the truck and fifth wheel we wanted.

After contacting Matt, everything became much easier! Matt helped make the purchase and registering of the vehicles possible and made sure everything went smoothly. Also, he kindly gave great information and advice along the process about the US outside of the scope of the vehicles - which made other aspects of coming here easier.

After almost 3 months in the US, we are now in Canada and have thoroughly enjoyed every moment so far!

If buying, rather than renting vehicle(s) makes more sense to you (like it did to us), but you seemingly cannot do this as a foreigner, I would 100% recommend Matt!

I'm from Australia, and In 2018, I spent 3 months travelling the USA on a Harley, which had been a lifelong dream of mine. Absolutely fabulous, I struggled trying to organise the purchase of my van from England. There were so many rules and regulations to regulate depending on which state I bought it in and which state I was registering it.. it blew my mind and was far more stress than I ended up deciding it was worth. When I stumbled across Visitor.us on a forum, it felt like a breath of fresh air.
I made enquires with them straight away , and remember finding the initial contact a bit clumsy however I can’t really remember why, something to do needing to register with them first, create an account or something when really I just wanted to be able to talk to them to see if I wanted to go through the process at all. However, I’m so glad I did. Once the ball got rolling, they made everything so easy. I could finally stop pulling my hair out and going around in circles. The money spent was well worth it for me.

Since my successful purchase they’ve continued to be a pleasure to work with, helping with paying road charges etc and holding my title until I need it.

What initially felt like a ‘too good to be true’ service, turned out to be the best choice. I’m happy to have them on my side if I need anything.

For ease, I would have preferred to be able to pick up the phone in the beginning. But we did organise I zoom chat once the ball began rolling and that was great .

Absolute experts when in comes to foreign travellers entering the US and getting a vehicle to travel. I used Visitor US in 2019 on a 3 month trip of the US from Australia and it was a sound experience. Would recommend them to anyone doing a similar thing. Great company to deal with. Very genuine

We travelled to the USA to buy a truck and Camper only to find it impossible to get vehicle insurance. Matt came and Visitor.us came to the rescue. The straight forward easy process allowed us to quickly complete our purchase. 'Red' our trusty Ford F-250 and slide-in camper has transported us across mountain ranges, deserts and all manner of fun for the last few years. He has taken us from Alaska to the tip of Argentina and back. Matt and Visitor.US really went above and beyond , sending us licence plates whilst on the road and helping renew registration numerous times.

We live in NZ and number one on our bucket list was to ride Route 66 on a motorcycle. We considered our options of touring with a company or hiring a motorbike for the 6 weeks we intended on spending in USA but the touring was limited to 2-3 weeks and limited flexibility and hiring for 6 weeks very expensive. We wanted the freedom to stop as often as we liked, follow the original Route 66 as closely as possible and take side trips if we chose.
We decided to look into the possibility of buying a motorcycle and then selling it at the end of the trip but with no connections in the USA and therefore no address to use this was not an option. We did more research and came across the website for visitor.us it seemed to good to be true !! The chance to buy a vehicle, register it to an address in Montana and to cap it all pay no tax on the purchase - what were we waiting for?
We contacted Matt who reassured us it was all above board but my husband (a police detective) was very sceptical with so many scams around so we did more research, checked out existing reviews and even located and contacted a person on Facebook who had used the company and gave a glowing report. We were satisfied this was a bona fide service.
We made all the necessary initial arrangements with Matt and explained we had found online at a Honda dealers in Chicago a Honda Goldwing Motorcycle that met our criteria. When we arrived in Chicago we viewed the bike and it was absolutely perfect so we purchased it.
Matt was supplied with all the details and he arranged for the vehicle registration and licence plates to be issued which he then mailed to us at a post office where we had planned to stop for a few days.
It was an extremely seamless and straightforward process.
At the end of our epic trip after riding Route 66 and also riding up to San Francisco we had to make a decision about either selling the bike or shipping it back to NZ. We made enquiries and decided that shipping it back was a viable option. We located a company and Matt flew to LA to meet us and the shipping company so he had more of an understanding of the process.
Matt was great, such a friendly and amiable guy with great ideas to progress his business further by offering other options.
We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Matt and visitor.us. This company saved us thousands of dollars and made our trip achievable. We have every intention of returning to the USA, buying a vehicle and touring again and we WILL use Matt - why wouldn’t you - it’s a no brainer.
