Complaining after lens split after 4 days

After 4 days, one lens split - it's never happened before, and as it was a new pack, I still had two spare so I wasn't too worried - but the customer service approach and complaint policy is dreadful. No replacement lens is sent out, then I had to provide photo evidence (years of being a loyal customer doesn't matter) - then I get a partial refund for one lens, meaning because of a faulty product, I have to order again and pay postage again. It's pennies, but the policy stinks and its a really bad customer experience.

Very happy with my contact lenses quality and very speedy delivery. And sweet gummy treats in every delivery box.
Just could be a smaller delivery packaging because it doesn't fit in my letterbox
