Well so far everything looks good, the only problem is that the it seems like your data goes off then you have to reset your phone I live in Oklahoma I don't know if anything to do with it so but but I'm grateful for everything so far and look like you people are the men in your words are not going to raise it up past $25 I'm also this on disability is there anyway I can get any cheaper thank you but it's going great thank you

Been with Visible for five months now. Got the unlimited everything for a year. So far data has been smooth, and I'm someone who streams YouTube nonstop. Rarely has signal dropped. Been recommending Visible to everyone

I was nervous to switch, I had been with my previous carrier for 25 years. I ended up getting a little frustrated with the process of porting my phone number over. I was able to figure all of that out and the switch happened super smoothly. Since the switch my service has been phenomenal! I couldn’t be happier with my service and the new bill!

I now get exceptional service and I'm paying half of what I used, plus I get unlimited Hotspot!!!

Horrible. No deals mediocre service. Same drop calls. Same no service in certain areas. Only thing That’s good It’s 35 bucks a month. If you could find a different provider I’ll go with them.

The network is good but people call my line looking for someone else all the time.
Probably my number was once someone’s or something like that.
Please work on that.
To be honest it’s Annoying sometimes… I can receive calls all week from people looking for someone else and not me.

I have experienced ok service. More dropped calls than with other services.

I enjoyed the seemingly simple transfer of my existing number and the addition of my Apple Watch. The power of Verizon towers gives me a good and reliable service. The cost for the top plan is way cheaper than my mediocre plan with my old carrier. I am very pleased with Visible!

My husband, daughter in law and son have been using Visible for over a year, maybe 2. Finally, I agreed to change to Visible from Verizon. OMG, love it, no difference in service only I am paying $40 less each month!

Service coverage doesn't feel great and feels like poor connection. Price is good though so I push through it

Service is as expected with the Verizon network. No crazy extras or fees or taxes on my bill is a huge plus too.

Visible business model is now absolutely best in the country. Most importantly, all the details of the deal/account are clearly stated before one decides to switch to Visible. ( Many so called leading providers do not reveal the "package " and price, you must call them. ) Instructions how to open Visible account or transfer mobile service to Visible are clearly explained on the Visible web page. Can be very easily followed even if one is not a technology and computer "expert". Signal is strong and great. In addition the price is unbeatable.

Unexpected benefit of free global pass for every month as a subscriber. It worked out and my phone operated like it did at home.

When I switched to Visible on the web site they were running specials, 1 low price $25 for the first 3 years. I didn't receive the special price. Why I don't know. But I stayed with Visible thinking I would be getting better reception over Mint Mobile. That hasn't happened either. My wife stayed with Mint. We can set side by side and she has better reception than I do.

Had visible now for several months. I love the service, the customer service is great. When I need their help they stayed on the phone with me for several hours so the issue was resolved. Actually had a real person on the line. The customer service is through message only but they stay with you until it's done

Easy to sign up for service. SIM chip was sent fast. Transfer from previous provider was seemless. After 3 months of service I highly recommend.
