My connection is often fuzzy and cuts out during the first 30 seconds of all calls. Then, after the 30 seconds, the call seems to stabilize, but will have occasional cut-outs.

Great service, wide and consistent coverage. Even had cell service during power outage when friends with Verizon lost theirs!

While porting and setup were easy, I have never gotten texting, especially MMS, to function correctly. Some outgoing texts go missing forever, some group MMS will get stuck in downloading limbo and never be deliverable, some photos will never get to me at all. Just had one photo come in that looked like old TV screen static.

The customer assistance is mainly an AI chatbot and if you can get a "person" (I am skeptical), they are not super helpful. Based on online searches, the text problem seems to be somewhat a verizon network problem in general.

The service is excellent and the price is fantastic!!!

Great constant service & high speed

I honestly love this company. I autopay $35 a month for unlimited everything. I wish more companies were this good. Even metropcs is $65 and their coverage sucks.

Visible is an affordable cell service with pretty much the same service area as other main for expensive carriers. Our experience with Visible has been issue free with only one area that we have found so far without service but over all i have recommended the service to many of my family and friends.

I have enjoyed switching to Visible from my previous carrier. My cell service & internet coverage have been just as good, with a significant monthly savings.

Great value, and dependable service. Not a single missed call. I'm not tech savvy, and the set up between a new phone and setting it up it was a little nerve rattling. But I got it done and couldn't be happier.

Switched from AT&T after 15 years with them. I love Visible! Been here since Feb 2026. The price is great and the service fantastic. I wish I would’ve known this before.

Terrible service low bars all the time and SOS

Service is absolutely terrible. 0/10 recommended. My phone stays in SOS mode since switching to Visible. It seems as if it is the bottom of the ladder for service priority even if it is a Verizon product.

This company is trash they won't give me a switch 26 promo and they won't give me any discounts because I ported my number from verzion sub brand not to mention they cap speed on on the 25 plan to 25mbps

Why pay more for unlimited service, while you can have Visible. This service is great for the price you pay for. Signal strength is always there. Absolutely no lag. One happy customer. Thanks! :)

Terrible coverage

Not sure why anyone would sell a plan that doesn't even have coverage in parts of DC or NoVA but here we are. I use wifi calling most of the time and will be looking to switch (or upgrade??). Stressful and annoying and not worth it.

Performance for the price has been excellent. No hiccups or interruption in service.

Not pleased with internet service to much buffering in areas where should not be happening. Text sometime take forever to send . Probably go back to charter did not have this problem and only save 20 dollars a month on 2 phones just not worth the hassle or money!

It's unconscionable that customer service is only available through "chat". This is a problem when dealing with more complex issues.

Everything went great and cost of plans are great. Only complaint is would be nice to be able to speak to someone on initial phone setup especially transferring number from old carrier.
