Dealing with VIP Surgery, and especially Anastassia, has been nothing short of amazing.

I started my research about 12 months ago, and from the very beginning Anastassia was supportive, honest, and never once pushy. Everything she said would happen… did. That alone gave me so much confidence throughout the process.

I had a mummy makeover with Dr Emre Ozenalp, and OMG, I am beyond happy with my results. (May God continue to bless his hands). He is an incredible surgeon, and the care I received from him, his team, the nurses, and the hospital staff was outstanding.

I’m now back home in Australia and still receiving aftercare support. Every single day, Anastassia and Senol (patient coordinator) checked in to see how I was feeling and if I needed anything. Even though I travelled with a support person, they were always in contact and genuinely cared.

All transfers were perfectly organised, drivers were always on time, medications were delivered without issue, and everything ran smoothly. The language barrier was absolutely not a problem; the nurses were fantastic and more than happy to use Google Translate when needed.

There are many agencies out there, but VIP Surgery truly stands apart because of their personalised, non-pushy approach. I felt supported, not sold to and that made all the difference.

Honestly, this was the best experience, and I would do it 100 times over.
