The viorita product I bought actually feels like its burning through your skin. It had to be washed off almost immediately. It doesn't work and is painful to use. Their '100% return if not satisfied' is a complete joke; since they refuse to refund ANYTHING that's been opened. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE. A complete waste of my time and money. It also took well over three weeks to arrive.

To give this 'company' one star is being generous. The spectacles they advertise that claim can put everything in focus only needing one pair of glasses, they don't! Avoid ordering anything from this company, as their stated returns policy does not work!

I did receive my order but it does not do anything, totally useless and only got 30 % refund even though they state 30 day money back.

Do not use this company! Show you completely different products on ad and when you contact them they say it’s from their sister company so a different name! The products have no smell and would dare put it on my skin as have no idea what cheap rubbish this is , I’d rather keep my dark spots!
After complaining my final offer was only 25% refund or I can send it back at my charge , obviously it’s to USA so that will cost a lot to send by tracking.TOTAL SCAM COMPANY!!!!

This company are a scam. Received my order nearly 4 weeks after placing, when it arrived it was a totally different cream . Do not use this company. Would not trust the contents in the jar . Have thrown in the bin no point in trying to get a refund.

Fortunately my bank blocked my payment to this company and flagged it as suspicious,thank goodness they did after seeing these reviews I had a lucky escape.

I received the package but to my surprise it is not what I ordered and paid for ARTERION !!!!!! it is something without a name and I will certainly not use something I do not know.
They are unscrupulous scammers.

If I could score this company by less than one Star I would !! They advertise a product and you buy as advertised still they sent to you different product of their just because they are in same sort of spray bottle, real scammer , when you try to contact them through their Email doesn’t work it’s never delivered they con artist Avoid buying from them not unless you want waste your money!!!!

If I could score an minus star I would. Be very wary of this scam company. I ordered in totally good faith 2 USB modems which claim to give you 100% free Internet with no roaming charges. I received 2 very cheap non working USB modems that had instructions in Chinese and absolutely no way would they connect to any mobile network. I translated the instructions and it turned out that if they actually worked they were just standard USB modems. Their advertising is totally false and further more they offer a refund service. They are based in Hong Kong but the return address was in Canada. The product was sent from Hong Kong and to weeks to get to me. The proposed a 25% refund or I would have to send the devices to Canada. The postage cost would have exceeded the actual purchase cost. They now will not answer any emails and there is no telephone to call them. I found a number and what a surprise it was non operational.

In summary avoid them at all cost

Placed an order with them two months ago and still not received it.
They allegedly sent it out with the wrong address.
They now want me to pay an additional fee for the the delivery
Wouldn't recommend purchasing from the company.

I still haven't got my money back despite going to trading standards and chasing this company and they are unbothered about customer dissatisfaction!!So will continue to give bad feedback so it don't happen to others!!!!

I ordered an item. They delivered the wrong one, a much cheaper version. I requested the 100% Money Back Guarantee, but was only offered 25% back. Eventually and reluctantly I accepted. Two month on and many unanswered emails and still no refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I can only reiterate what the vast majority of reviewers are saying about this company. They are a cowboy outfit and a load of scammers. Do not buy anything from them. you will be sorry and lose your money.

I bought an item from this terrible, so called company and was sent a totally different item and when I complained they said we will offer you 20% of your purchase price, so not only did I not get my item I lost 80% of my money, NO FAULT OF MY OWN and now I am being ignored...PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY PROFIT FROM YOUR MONEY.

The satelite recivers are not satelite recivers but simple USB WiFi connectors and a lost of money.

Do not order from these returns go to Canada and they return to sender complained to PayPal told to return to Hong Kong for refund none of there address match up don't waste you're time or money complete scam send you totally different item to what you pay for

This company are thieves they have taken my money and have sent something completely different to what I ordered,after I complained they asked for pictures of what i ordered and what i received then passed me on to someone else who asked for the same things and again and again! A TOTAL SCAM
