Very delighted with vilrita, very fast shipping, excellent quality yarn, this was my first order with them and I think I found my new favorite yarn shop, will definitely order more.

Order dated June 5th, marked shipped since June 5th, not (order P3317638). The tracking number was provided to me but the package has not been handed over to the postal services because it is noted on the tracking that the package has still not been handed over to the carrier. Please ship the order as soon as possible and keep me informed.

I initially had a very disappointing experience: my order had been marked as shipped over 10 business days earlier, but I hadn’t received anything. I sent several emails asking for an update and received no response for quite some time. The lack of communication was extremely frustrating.

Eventually, the company got back to me, apologized sincerely, and explained that my previous messages had been missed and the package had unfortunately been lost in transit.

They immediately solved everything, and I received the replacement package today. Everything is now fine. I appreciate their efforts to take responsibility and make things right.

While the initial lack of support was unacceptable, I’m satisfied with how the issue was eventually handled. I hope their customer service becomes more responsive in the future.

I received full order today, it was divide for two date.
Quality very , very high, the color matches by picture. I will use this vendor again and recommended to my friends.

THEY DON'T SHIP TO THE UK!!
Spent hours choosing yarns for several upcoming projects then adding additional colours to my basket.

Delivery costs and times ARE quoted on the website.

Went to checkout but UK was NOT a listed region.

Emailed them and got a quick but impersonal response (no apology!) -

"Hello, due to recent changes in the UK tax system, we can no longer deliver to the UK. We are looking for a solution and plan to start shipping to the UK again within the next few weeks."

As I couldn't find any recent tax changes I think it may be Brexit related. This suggests their quoted timeframe of 'the next few weeks ' is a little vague and possibly unrealistic.

They obviously don't know how big the handcrafting business is in the UK.

Good yarn for great prices. I ordered to Sweden 2 times and it took about 7 business days to arrive both times. The only negative thing is the shipping prices but the cheap yarn makes it worth it :)
