Placing an order was easy, the product was of good quality and the delivery was very quick. But, for me, the most important issue was, when an honest mistake was made, I received an immediate apology and rectification was made super quick and without fuss. Not a common outcome these days.

In regard to application on timber surfaces, vinyl performs best on smooth, sealed substrates. Raw or textured wood isn’t generally recommended, as adhesion can be inconsistent unless the surface has been properly sanded and sealed to create a smooth finish.

Extremely Disappointing Experience!
Extremely disappointing experience!
I followed every single installation instruction to the letter — properly cleaned the surface (soapy water + isopropyl alcohol), ensured it was fully dry, and applied the decals to a standard matte-painted surface (which is a very common finish for signage and nowhere stated as unsuitable).
I even left the lettering for several days to properly adhere before paying contractors to come out and mount the sign. Within just a few days of normal outdoor exposure, the letters started peeling off.
So I’ve now paid for the decals and paid contractors to install a sign that looks unprofessional almost immediately.
The product simply hasn’t performed as advertised, and the response has felt like an attempt to shift blame rather than take responsibility. If your vinyl can’t handle common surfaces or outdoor conditions, that needs to be made very clear upfront.
Would not recommend.

Our vinyl lettering is made from premium outdoor-grade materials and has been used successfully on hundreds of orders from the same batch. Adhesion does depend on the type of surface and paint used. While matte finishes are common, certain paints (especially low-VOC, wash & wear, or specialty coatings) can make vinyl tricky to stick to, even when all standard preparation steps are followed. This is a known limitation across the vinyl industry, not a fault with our product.
It’s also important that anyone painting or installing the surface knows vinyl is going to be applied, the paint type and preparation can make a big difference.
As a gesture of goodwill, we offered a replacement for the affected sign or a partial refund. No issues were reported with the other sign made from the same material but with a gloss finish.
We always work with customers to find a fair outcome when issues come up.
