Easy to use for seller and buyers. Also great that the company doesn’t take percentage from the seller when items are sold.

About twos years ago, one of my order has been lost, I never received my dress…. I asked every one … no one help me, my order was lost, I paid for it ! I will never order again in this site. And if I sell something I will quickly transferring my money to my account

My Vinted account was permanently suspended due to a suspected counterfeit item (a S.T. Dupont bag).

To clarify the situation, I took the extra step of visiting an official S.T. Dupont boutique in Paris, where the item was physically examined and later confirmed as authentic by the brand via email.

Despite providing this official and verifiable proof, Vinted refused to reconsider their decision and maintained the permanent suspension of my account, without addressing the evidence at all.

This raises serious concerns about Vinted’s review process, transparency, and fairness toward its users. If even direct confirmation from the brand itself is ignored, it calls into question how reliable and objective their moderation decisions really are.

I expected a fair and evidence-based review, but instead received repeated generic responses and a complete refusal to engage with the facts.

I remain open to resolving this issue if my case is properly reviewed.

It has been amazingly easy and frictionless to use vinted so far, thanks for the great service. Lockers lately seem to run out of capacity in our part of France which is a different story

The worst app ever . Don't recommend it to anyone and they always block you and you can't return back your money .. very bad customer service I ever seen

It's been my dream for a long time to be a seller, but I find Vinted a very easy-to-use app that's there to help beginners, so with Vinted I'm starting to achieve what I want.

Selling items on vinted is very risky ! Customer service don’t give a thing about your money or your parcel once its lost by their delivery partner. You’ll keep talking to a robot saying that it’s your fault and they will never say that the parcel was lost or stolen by their delivery partner. Such a good solution to exchange clothes but not to sell your items there’s no guarantee..
