Poor communication from seller. I ordered 4 items from them, they only delivered 3 and emailed me that the last item is unavailable. I've been sending emails to them to refund me, and got no response from them. Their phone line is not working.

I bought an anodised aluminium pan from this company. When it arrived it had a powdery surface which I assumed was just part of the manufacturing process. After washing it, the coating of the pan started coming off, it clearly hadn't been anodised correctly. I tried contacting the company twice to make a complaint, but my emails have been ignored.
