Cooperswoodproducts Reviews

Ordered an end grain maple chopping board, which arrived yesterday.
The board is beautifully made and finished. I’m almost reluctant to use it as it’s so beautiful and I don’t want to spoil it!
I was kept up to date with the delivery, and the board arrived superbly wrapped and presented - like getting a Christmas present!
A pot of board butter was included for free, and the letter/instructions include was informative and humorous.
Makes a welcome change to deal with a company who obviously take pride in what they are doing, and it shows.

Thank you Suzy and Mark for a wonderful shopping experience.

I researched boards for a while and so glad I came across Coopers. A beautiful board which arrived so well wrapped with a beautiful bow! Love the free tin of wood butter and fridge magnet and great instructions to refer to! The board is great to use and feels hard wearing to chopping - I bought the Maple reversible rounded edge. Delighted with it!

Love my new maple chopping board. A quality product, a joy to use and looks great in the kitchen. Delivery was prompt and the chopping board well wrapped. Great service. Happy Customer.

Absolutely beautiful product.
Had some difficulties with the delivery provider (glitch on their system) but Mark was more than helpful and it all got sorted in the end
Glad it did as the chopping block is gorgeous and will take pride of place in the kitchen

Thanks very much, will definitely recommend to others and buy again when we want another item in the range!

Fast delivery and packaged well. When I opened it, it was tied with a pretty green ribbon. It came with a cute thank-you fridge magnet 🥰, a letter with care instructions, plus board butter containing beeswax.
The cherry 🍒 chopping boards are high quality and beautifully crafted. It was a birthday gift, plus one for the giver.

It adds joy when prepping food whilst cooking. 👩🏻‍🍳☺️🙏

Thank you, Suzy & Mark Cooper.

This is the fourth board I have from Coopers Wood Products. Each one is different in appearance but all 3 are of the same outstanding quality and workmanship. The first a maple and walnut chopping board, the second a “bar” chopping board, smaller for chopping lemons with a G&T, the third a beautiful (and my personal favourite), thicker walnut and cherry board with a stunning design where the wood has been carefully put together, and finally
a bespoke guitar shaped cheeseboard which they personalised for me as it was to be a wedding gift.
Each board is individually handcrafted and made to order and each is sent out beautifully packaged with a complimentary pot of “butter” to help maintain the wood.
Their website is easy to use, ordering is a simple process and delivery is super quick.
Sue and Mark Cooper are the caring and friendly owners of this small but high quality business and I would highly recommend their products to everyone.

A minor issue with my new board was dealt with very quickly and resolved to my complete satisfaction. Effort and resolution still come in at 5 stars but as an honest reviewer I'll have to drop the overall score slightly. Unfortunately, Trustpilot don't offer 4½ stars so my only option is to rate the overall experience 4 stars. However, the original minor issue wouldn't stop me from recommending this company for their high quality boards and exceptional service

Excellent looking board with a beautiful finish. Price point is low in the range for something of this calibre. Would highly recommend!

I was looking for a slim maple wood chopping board and found it! Arrived beautifully packaged and a quality product so very pleased!

Beautiful chopping board. Arrived quite quickly. You get the feeling that Coopers Wood Products love what they do and care about the product - beautifully packaged with great care and attention to detail. Would order again. Thank you so much.

I phoned before ordering and Mark was really helpful and knowledgeable. More than happy to adjust the thickness of my chopping board and for a minimal additional price which was very much appreciated.

Board only arrived today but looks beautiful and the care instructions are very helpful. They also included a small tub of board wax too.

Time will tell just how good this product is but so far I am very impressed.

Excellent product. We’d been looking for a high quality wooden chopping board for ages and the Coopers board we got is perfect. Highly recommended.

Great product, beautifully finished and presented; quick delivery.
All as promised.

An excellent quality chopping board which had been packaged so well and very beautifully with a bow and even a lovely chopping board fridge magnet. Not forgetting the board butter included for free also. I'm incredibly impressed with the superb quality and top tier level of customer service!

Beautiful chopping boards. Butter that came with them is easy to use. The boards were beautifully wrapped with ribbon, with efficient delivery from reputable firm. Communication re items ordered was excellent. Faultless service and a quality product.

When I opened the outer box I felt like someone has sent me a present! Beautifully wrapped in brown paper and ribbon, with a tin of board butter and instructions printed on luxurious paper. I also knew when I can expect it - tracking was available. Product meets my expectations, I will be buying again.

Love these chopping boards. We initially got two of the thin maple boards and after a few months we are loving them so have decided to phase out every other chopping board we have and bought two more. The boards are packaged beautifully, arrive very quickly, and customer service is also very quick. Thanks!

Fantastic product which was delivered with care and beautifully wrapped. It's a pleasure to chop on and easy to clean. Very happy!

1st class service from Mark & Sue. Our order was ready within a few days & was packaged so well & very well presented.
Our chopping boards are just what we wanted & such good quality. We have bought from Cooperswoodproducts before & will do again. Would definitely recommend.
