Long-time fan with ever-growing love for the brand! I have about 10 Vincero watches that I have added to my collection over the past several years, and it is by far my favorite brand when considering the combined variables of cost, quality, and esthetic. Their design concepts are uniquely catchy while remaining practical. I get compliments almost daily on them, they are comfortable, and versatile to suite my daily life from a work day in the yard to a fancy date night in the evening. Recently I had a problem with one of my watches, and the support team was extremely prompt and supportive in their responses. This further shored up my respect and appreciation for the brand and the team behind it. Looking forward to continuing to grow my collection with them!

The watch is absolutely gorgeous. Very well made and I had it personalized. When I received it actually brought tears to my eyes because purple was my late mother’s favorite color. And the inscription was a great way as remembrance to her.💜

Just received my 2 pieces from Vincero. They are amazing. I love the fit and it super well crafted. Will be buying more pieces from this amazing company. Also great customer service from them. Appreciate that a lot as well. 10 stars 🤙🤙

Bought the marble automatic for my partner 4 years ago and he still loves it and gets complimented on it a lot. Now my brother asked for the same one for his birthday.

This is my third time purchasing from this company, and I have never had any issues in the past. I enjoy their products; however, this time I have encountered numerous problems trying to receive the merchandise I paid for. I even paid extra for prompt shipping, but as of today, I have not heard back from the company. There is no phone number to contact them, and because of this experience, I will not be purchasing from them again.

I have a few watches from Vincero and genuinely don't think I'd ever need to get a watch from anyone else at this point. They're affordable but they still get me just as many comments and compliments as more expensive watches. In my experience, their customer service has always been reliable and easy to work with, which seems icredibly rare these days. Can't recommend these guys enough.

Why would I trust and buy from a company that totally misrepresents their ability to provide prescription lenses on their website? Their website proudly talks about their prescription lenses and all the options available. I wrote to them three times and they finally admitted to the error on the website and said they would talk with their web developer about it. What?? You run a company and are unaware (or inattentive to) such a major error? What else should I not trust?

Purchased a watch some years ago and it still looks and works good. Recently bought a chain and pendant and it is awesome. Now my wife wants one! Can't go wrong with the company!

Absolutely love the look of this watch. Both unique and stately. A bit heavy on the wrist, but that's to be expected (it IS marble, after all). Would love another, but waiting to see if the red marble version returns since I missed out on it the first time.

Bought 2 watches and a bracelet for Christmas and more recently 2 pair of sunglasses. Service was excellent and products were of very good quality.. very happy overall.

Terrible Customer Service – Impossible to Reach & No Refund!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Vincero. Over two months ago, I initiated a return for my Argo Automatic watch ($300), which was approved. To ensure a smooth process, I used DHL, as Vincero has a partnership with them, and even paid an additional fee for the return service.

Despite following all the procedures correctly, I still haven’t received my refund. The worst part? Their customer service is completely unreachable. They do not reply to emails, they ignore messages sent via their website’s support form, and they simply do not respond at all. It’s as if they have vanished after taking my money.

To make matters worse, the return package with my watch could not be delivered to their address—the shipment was unsuccessful. It seems like Vincero is no longer even at their listed location. This raises serious concerns about whether they are still operating as a legitimate company.

This is beyond unacceptable. A company that refuses to communicate with its customers, does not process refunds, and cannot even receive return shipments is simply not trustworthy. If you’re considering buying from Vincero, think twice—because if you ever need support or a refund, you won’t get one. Avoid at all costs!

Love my new watch. It is exactly what I ordered. A great company to deal with. I would highly recommend them.

I just had an experience with Vincero that truly restored my faith in customer service. I ordered a cross, but the one I originally wanted was on backorder. The customer service team worked with me to send an alternative, but unfortunately, it wasn’t the right fit. Following their instructions, I sent it back, expecting a smooth exchange.

As time passed, I reached out to check on the return, only to be told they hadn’t received it and that I needed to provide the tracking number. My heart sank—I had misplaced it, and since it had been over a month, I figured I’d hear the usual corporate response: "Without a tracking number, there’s nothing we can do."

But Vincero isn’t like most companies. Instead of excuses, they responded with integrity and generosity. Without hesitation, they told me they would ship out the original cross I had ordered. I was completely blown away. In a world where customer service can often feel cold and rigid, Vincero proved to be a rare gem—a company that actually stands by its customers.

Because of this experience, they didn’t just earn my business; they earned my trust and loyalty. I’m now a customer—and an advocate—for life. Thank you, Vincero, for proving that exceptional service still exists. Keep up the great work!

Brutal customer service. Bait and switch, no warranty at all. Can not stand behind their product and they should be ashamed of themselves.

Vincero has amazing customer service. I ordered the wrong watchband size and immediately the staff at Vincero worked with me on an exchange. Then, when the new band came, my mail was stolen and Vincero issued a quick replacement. Its been a long time since I had as quick and communicative service than I have had with this company. The staff are kind and effective. I highly recommend this company and look forward to doing business with them in the future.

BEAUTIFUL WATCH
This watch is very stylish and attractive. Good quality. Great customer service. My husband loved his Christmas gift.

My father bought me a Rouge watch 4 years ago, and it soon replaced all other watches I wore. The Crown failed recently and I reached out to Vincero right away, through their recommendations with great communication with their team via email. We were not able to fix the watch locally due to me living in a smaller metro. Vincero went well above what was necessary and replaced my 4 year old Rouge with a brand new watch under their warranty. The communication was great, I will definitely recommend Vincero not only by craftsmanship but by their customer service teams ability to handle a situation.

Great quality products at an affordable price. I got a pair of sun glasses and I owe 3 of their watches. Very happy with my purchases.
