Horrific experience. They sent a watch band that was labeled as 22mm. It clearly was not. I sent numerous images including one with a measurement. They literally kept emailing me ignoring basic facts and then demanded I pay for return shipping. Not sure if they are using AI for customer service but there is no chance I would buy from them again. Disputed the charge to my credit card company.

I have 7 Vincero watches between Wifey & I. Great quality, and style for the money with great shipping speed! Be sure to determine crystal type (mineral or sapphire) as they offer both; I much prefer sapphire.

My Vincero watch is stunning! The design looks premium, the quality is excellent, and it feels amazing on my wrist. I constantly get compliments on it! Couldn’t be happier

I’ve gotten two watches from Vincero and love them so much I wear one of them everyday. The quality of both were great I enjoy the feel of the straps and how clean the watch faces look. I was so satisfied I decided I should try other products. Needless to say I wear my new astronaut necklace almost every day as well.

Horrible quality products and customer service is abysmal.

Edit: Reply by vendor is a gross mischaracterisation of the timeline. Originally reached out September 6th to customer service and didn't get a response for several weeks. Never mentioned a prepaid label just told me to send it back. Just goes to show they will lie to maintain their reputation.

Purchased the Skyfire watch and have gotten nothing but compliments every time I wear it. Vincero’s limited drops are fantastic and the customer service is immaculate.

I purchased my watch over 2.5 years ago. Unfortunately I cracked the crystal and although my warranty was finished, I contacted Vencerio Collective to see if they could help me. Unlike other companies that I have delt with, concerning expired warranty period, I was pleasantly surprised that their customer service department answered all my question and was able to send me a crystal, in the most efficient way. If I could give them more that 5 stars it certainly be applicable. 5*++++

I ordered a watch and it came beautifully packaged in a very cool modern box. I loved the look and quality of the watch as well. My watch did arrive with a stain on the band and after showing a picture of the stain, they sent me a new one immediately. Very friendly, very professional. I would and will be ordering another one for my daughter. Thank you!!

I bought the Cross Pendant $95.00 Colour - Silver in stainless steel.
It looks very high quality in the pictures.
Unfortunately, I was negatively surprised. It looks and feels extremely cheap. As if it was made one to one like another cross I own that only costs 6€.

Completely overpriced and with engraving no return.

The Vincero Collectiv website is misleading rather than presenting what is really on offer.

Top notch customer service! I ordered an engraved dog tag and the system didn't provide the right discount. I contacted the company (Connor) and was responded to not only in a timely fashion but with a screenshot of the reimbursement to my card AND an additional discount on a future order. Vincero Collective earned this customer for years to come. Bravo!

My gf ordered a watch and paid $20 extra for shipping for it to be delivered within 5 days. A week later we received an email saying it was out of stock. Nice watches. Just my experience with them.

I recently reached out to Vince when the crown of my watch, which I've had for over two years, came off. I was truly impressed by their swift response. Honestly, I dont order online frequently because im very fastedious when it comes to how something fits, or looks, all the way down to its weight. But I can say that I absolutely LOVE the necklace I ordered from Vincero. The material is sturdy, light, and bult exceptionally well! I liked it so much I bought a second one for a friend!

Several years ago I bought a Vincero dress watch ( Chronograph ) I have a small problem with the watch. The Vincero Customer department have bent over backwards trying to help me. When I communicate with them via e-mail there reply time is within hours. Great product and great people

I had a problem with a (beautiful) watch I'd purchased and the company dealt with it very promptly and professionally and to my complete satisfaction. Things can go wrong; I sometimes think the true test of customer service is how a company responds.

This company offers incredible products at good prices, and their customer service is top-notch! I ordered two items and then noticed they were bundled at a lower price. I emailed the company and was answered promptly. They refunded me the difference between the items being bundled and purchased separately. I very much appreciate a company who offers excellent products, gives the customer the benefit of the doubt and provides such quick, thoughtful service. Thank you so much! Long-time fan with ever-growing love for the brand! I have about 10 Vincero watches that I have added to my collection over the past several years, and it is by far my favorite brand when considering the combined variables of cost, quality, and esthetic. Their design concepts are uniquely catchy while remaining practical. I get compliments almost daily on them, they are comfortable, and versatile to suite my daily life from a work day in the yard to a fancy date night in the evening. Recently I had a problem with one of my watches, and the support team was extremely prompt and supportive in their responses. This further shored up my respect and appreciation for the brand and the team behind it. Looking forward to continuing to grow my collection with them!
