Fraudulent

I got a fraudulent $9.99 charge on my debit card from this company. Based on looking around, they seem like a scam with various fake reviews to make them look legit. Stay away.

Scam and waste of money

Scam and waste of money
They give you info about the car model only , which are general information. Everything else "Not Found" or "No Data". I am worried about my credit card now!

I was delightfully surprised finding Vinaudit. It's not just the price coz I'm willing to pay anyway. It's this sort of advocacy they seem to have for providing consumers with a well-research history. Something every used car buyer needs.

Highly recommended service!

Vinaudit is a great service that I consider very helpful even to sellers. It pays to have something to prove your car is in good condition on paper. I would recommend Vinaudit to anyone who is looking for a car but worried about the spending too much time and money researching.

A scam to get your credit card info

I got a CCC One valuation that listed “comps” as justification for lowballing me on offer. Was using VinAudit to uncover the lies. It was working until VinAudit logged me out halfway through searches. No password was created & the company refuses any communication attempts (website ticket, email, phone, Tweet...). Not a word. Once they have your money, you’re dead to them. I can’t imagine the info provided by such children is legit. This is nothing more than a scam. No legit company treats people this way. I’ve disputed payment through my bank, cancelled the card and will be filing complaints with WA AG, CFPB and FTC. Save yourself the aggravation and learn from my experience.

Misleading Service. DO NOT USE!

Unacceptable! I was looking up my vin number for a car I traded-in mid last year to get the maintenance history. Not only did it have NOTHING listed for maintenance, but the last title holder was the first time it had been put on the lot 8 years ago. $9.95 for information about the car I could look up with a google search. You all should be ashamed.
