We understand you may be dissapointed in the outcome of your warranty claim.
Your purchase was delivered to you early december. You contacted us mid-June with the issue of bad smell from the bag.
We as a retailer, did our duty to file a warranty claim with the brand warranty team, as per standard protocol. The warranty team for the brand rejected the claim.
This was on the basis that, as you mentioned to us, the smell was bad from the moment you bought it. You did not mention this during the standard return period of 14 days. The evidence provided by you did not qualify for the warranty criteria.
We communicated this to you as a retailer.

In fact Vilbury London were very helpful and kept me informed of the package journey and answered my queries promptly. A really excellent experience, arrived double packed for protection and delivered by UPS. First Class!

Faulty Gabor Sandles
I purchased a pair of Gabor sandals on Amazon sold by Vilbury London in advance of a wedding. The first time worn the sandles came apart on the strap. I contacted Vilbury London to ask for an exchange as apart from the obvious the sandles were extremely comfortable. My request was acknowledged and professionally dealt with within 48hrs. I would definitely recommend this company.Thank you Vilbury London for a fab service!

As mentioned in our last reply, as you can see, we do not have the return package with us since it was not delivered to our store. we also understand that you had sent the package with the intention to return the package back to us.
We have therefore refunded your for your purchase as a gesture of goodwill. We will not be trying to get the package back to us as it may cause you further inconvenience. We have mentioned this in our email to you this week.
