I was excited to order from Rebel Cheese at Thanksgiving as I have two Vegan daughters and was excited that they could enjoy a charcuterie board along with everyone else. I ordered super early ( Nov 7) to be delivered right before Thanksgiving. I never received shipping or tracking information and when I contacted them, they replied that they were behind in orders and that mine would be shipped out that weekend. Didn’t receive anything again and when contacted I was informed that they were unable to deliver the cheeses by Thanksgiving. I ordered early in the month and scheduled it to ensure prompt delivery. Needless to say, the vegans in my family were not able to enjoy a much anticipated treat for the holiday.

Overhyped Overpriced OverEngineered OverPacked. Cave-aged Truffle Brie tastes muddy and salty. Texture is okay, but Truffle taste is unpleasant. Regular Brie is better. Smoked Cheddar is interesting but not a great cheddar taste. They must need ultra refined palates and slightly twisted to appreciate. All the advertising by Mark Cuban and the Shark Tank does not help. And the amount of shipping waste is ridiculous for such a small expensive product.
