First all, they shipped through OnTrac despite paying extra for shipping. I immediately contacted them to change it. Even offered to pay more. They said they had already shipped. It didn't leave their warehouse for days. When it did finally arrive, package was left in a parking lot (of the wrong building), but I did manage to find it.

Boots were worn less than a month before the soles fell off. Boots should not be falling apart from light duty this fast. Especially at their price tag.

All in all my impression is that they are a very shady company with very cheap products sold at a premium.

I recently received a pair of Viktos Armory boots and have experienced a significant issue with their construction. The tread remains nearly untouched, as they have been worn only a few times. However, the entire rubber sole has separated extensively from both boots, particularly around the toe box, rendering them unwearable.

I reached out to Viktos directly, but since the boots were a gift from my mother, they were unable to offer any assistance in obtaining a replacement or repair. I have never encountered a quality issue like this before, especially with footwear that has seen such minimal use.

I have loads of viktos gear but lately quality has dropped, gloves that are a comfy fit but fall apart after 4 months use, I bought some shoes in April and the sole has been peeling off for the last month. Stay away from the range trainer shoe is green. I have two pairs in black/tan that are solid and one pair is failing at 30 months old but pretty decent for modern trainer standards but the green ones are wrecked in less than 6 months use of mainly going to the office in.

I return my order but did not received money
