Everything was good except for the lack of AC on the bus
It was way hotter in the bus vs outside
Some of the drivers could be bit more careful and courteous when travelling with kids

It was hard to hear the commentary, due to the quality of the Earbuds and also the background music was too loud.

The commentary often was about buildings we could not see at that point, which was confusing.

We expected more information to be presented.

What would help is an app showing where we were and what the buildings were at that point. The 3d map on the pdf had way too little information.

Just done the tour to Holfstad which was beautiful, a lovely day out. Our tour guide, Stefan what very informative, helpful and funny, so glad we had him on our tour today

Wachau and milk abbey: Overall the organization was pretty good. We had a lovely guide, however I couldn’t help and think that more history and explanation would have been nice. I felt that part of the explanation was short because she was saying the same thing in 3 languages. And if you have to say something that often you of course don’t have the time to give a thorough explanation. Overall a decent experience, but i’ve had better tours.

It was a great trip! We had a funny guide (Stefan) who told us some stories on our way concerting the place.

Schönbrunn Palace & Garden guided tour in English on June 14 2024 at 14:30.

There was trouble with the lockers where you leave your backpack. Maybe the info how to use them isn’t good enough. Once we got started, he as a guide was incredibly funny, nice & had a comfortable listening voice. He was a local so he could tell things that others maybe couldn't & spoke clear English. He was tall, which was an advantage because then it was not difficult to find him among all the people.

The gudie thoroughly went through the garden before we entered the castle. He is probably interested in history himself because he knew allot that an ordinary guide usually does not know. It helps that the guide has an interest in what they show.

Bring extra cash. The souvenir shop at the end of the tour is fantastic and here you can find many gifts.

On May 30 I purchased a ticket for two days from Vienna Sight Seeing (Hop On Hop Off). On June 1st at 10 am I walked from my hotel Hilton located one block from stop 13. I wanted to take the Red Line so I asked the employee when was the next bus arriving -- instantly I notice that the person was very rude and discourteous - I asked how long was the next Red Line bus arriving - his short answer - 15 minutes. I waited almost 35 minutes and I asked him again if he could be more specific - short answer - "soon". Then I asked -- you have the information in your phone pls let me know how long I have to wait - and his attitude and answers were getting worse. The person is around 30 years old and he looks like a refugee.
Your company should provide training to the employees so they can understand the importance of good service. I really hope this person is fired - he does not deserve to work for your company - bad image and reputation.

Guided bus tour with the worst audio content I’ve yet experienced (although, to be fair, it’s not a deep well of experience with which to compare). Terrible script, largely uninteresting and delivered without panache. Described by my travelling companions as “she sounded bored”, it wasn’t surprising given the turgid content. The audio was mostly music… Mozart (pretty good), Mahler (too heavy at times) and several Strauss brothers (maybe). I guess fitting for Vienna, but not informative and not what a bored 13 year-old wanted to hear.
The timing of the commentaries was difficult (often impossible) to connect to the sights.
Above all, dull and so much that could have been interesting was ignored.

All is Perfect, Tour Guide the best

We had a fantastic tour of Vienna City combined with visit to Schönbrunn palace. The guide on the bus was very informative and managed 2 languages very well. The guide at the palace, Steve, covered the tour with humour and at a comfortable pace. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour and highly recommend it to future visitors to Vienna.

A delightful day trip from Vienna (on April 22nd, 2024). The tour was well organised, and the guide spoke in two languages—English and Spanish—simultaneously throughout the tour. The boat trip took just over an hour from Dürnstein to Melk. There are options to have lunch on the boat or in the town of Melk. The guided tour of Melk Abbey was okay, although I felt it was too brief. Overall, my tour experience was positive, and I would recommend it to anyone looking to spend a day outside Vienna.

Thanks for Vienna sightseeing for tour to the Hallstatt. It was organised very nice, especially thank to our guide Stefan for his jokes, humour and interesting storytelling. There is only one suggestion to make trip to Hallstatt longer in order to have rest and have enough time for enjoying the nature.

It's very detailed and our Guide Steven helped us everywhere and was very kind. He make the trip light and adventures for us.

The day trip from Vienna to Halstatt on 04/22/24 was absolutely amazing, but not as amazing as our guide Stephan. He was extremely impressive and knowledgeable. His suggestions for additional sights was spot on. He was probably one of the best guides we have encountered. Thank you Viator and Stephen. G/D

The tour was great and Stefan our tour guide was very good and made the tour even more enjoyable with lots of jokes 😃 highly recommend

Seats on the bus extremely tight. The stop at the Lake where Sound of Music was filmed should have been 40 minutes and the 1st stop (which was useless) should have been 20 minutes. The last part of the journey after the stop was too long. Guide was very knowledgeable, but I recommend that once we reach the Mozart museum you can let people go because a lot of people only wanted to go to see everything Mozart. The rest of tour onwards was a lot of pointless walking.

Overall the trip is doable from Vienna, but in reality the entire Salzburg region deserves a couple days in order to see everything clealy and not be rushed. The day trip is just extremely long and at times felt rushed.

Excellent guide and excellent tour! Steve was very funny and gave us interesting insights on the history of Vienna and Hallstat. Everything was always on time. The boat tour was beautiful and the free time is more than enough to walk around, take pictures and chill at a cafe. The service areas we stopped at for the breaks were perfect too, really good food.

We did the one day tour to Mauthausen memorial . Stephen our tour guide was great! Very genuine and well informed person. We had enough time for breaks inbetween and the ride there and back was very comfortable . We were greeted at the allocated spot and left on time and the tour of the memorial is a real eye opener. Our local guide Irene was great and spent a lot of time to explain the history and the background to this concentration camp.
