There was terribly hot weather and the conditioning system in the bus didn't work. 1 hour in it was a tourture, even though the excursion itself was interesting to listen.

don't buy it.

bus was always full, so you have to wait for another 20 min. and no guarantee next time also you will get seat. they should increase capacity. wasted lots of time in waiting.

I am very unhappy with the tour we’re organizing, we bought 4 tour from this company. We were offered hotel pick up for 2 of them. Driver didn’t showed up not ones, but we had emails both times that he is there. We did not complain, just paid for the taxi and got in time for the tour. But when the tour guide kicked us from our seats and offered the to another couple without any explanation. Martin, the tour guide was obnoxiously rude, yelling you are not in America, another people were here first and so on. Usually I give everyone benefit of the doubt, but without any doubts this is the worst experience we ever had with any travel company in Europe.

Bought 48 hour pass for my wife and me. On first day managed to catch the bus at Praterstern into Vienna and went to the Belvedere Palace to see the Klint collection. Audio guide advised getting off for Belvedere miles away so long walk in 34 degrees! When we came out there was a big yellow bus outside pulled over with people sat inside. The driver ignored us and continued to have a phone call for 20 minutes whilst he stood outside the bus. Eventually I interrupted him and asked when the bus was going. He said it wasn't and the road was closed so we would have to walk. Turned out this was on the yellow route and we needed the blue route to return to Praterstern. Consequently another long walk in 30 plus degrees! Eventually got on a blue route bus and an inspector scanned our tickets. He said one ticket was not valid which infuriated me as I showed him my e mailed receipt for 86 Euro. He then said ok, so I asked what we were supposed to do the next day with one ticket apparently not valid. Walked 16,000 steps that day and I am in the queue for two knee replacements!! That's why we thought the bus tickets were a good idea.
Went for a Danube boat trip the next and caught the bus to the river. At the end of the trip we got an Uber as we couldn't face the bus again. Uber is between 9 ad 14 Euro each way so instead of 86 Euro it would have been 50-60 euro door to door for the two days. The signage and maps are very badly explained and there is clearly a lack of customer service with drivers who ignore the passengers. Don't bother with the bus get and Uber!

Very useful and easy to use. An easy way to move and visit the city.

Easy to book, secure payments, professional engagement, flexible terms, clean and good transportation offers (bus, catamaran) and excellent guides. Great way to tour (short, half day, or full day) from Vienna and the region.

Well organized, very good guide and driver.

We had a driver on a new bus that the wifi didn't work, who hadn't been there before so he was getting constant direction on where to go and we finished up down narrow streets etc. We picked up 2 tours guides ( english and Spanish) who interchanged so much it was a rushed commentary. The driver had to drive at 20km/hr to suit the commentary. When we split to walking groups it was much better. Overall an ok experience but I wouldn't take a dual language tour again. Especially when only 3 of the 45 people were non english. Not to mention some adults who thought it ok to talk all the time including phone calls and when the guides were speaking.

Bus was great, clean, audio was entertaining and insightful.

Blue line, specially when on the very east part of the loop can get a bit too long and slow

Steven is a wonderful and very knowledgeable tour guide. He made the tour interesting and relatable.

Maps are too small, very fine printing. Red line doesn't stop at #1, very inconvenient.

Wow - trip really beats the ones we've ever taken, negative way! We selected Green route for having panoramic views/wine yards with food/drinks. As bus arrived the hill top driver told "This won't stop here". Nobody told this us this beforehand, or other passengers. The co-worked in the bus, as we stepped in, did not tell this, nor the girl who sold the tickets. Money was though very welcome but that was it: "Take the money and dump the customer"-philosophy. We bought the tickets from Stop no 10 (Souvenir Shop). Girl even recommended us to choose Green line as that takes us to hill top restaurants and panoramic views (and was the most expensive one too!). Why bus did not stop at hill top? Map says there's stop in there. Driver said there's "no permission to stop, we have issue with government" ... and continued "we'll get the permission in few days". Who believes, perhaps has been without
permission for months (or years?), and they know not going to even get one (?). Then we wanted to get out at Stop no 45 for 'Sparling Wine Cellars'. Driver wished us better day and hoped some glasses sparling wine at the cellars would help us with the anger. He 100% knew that Stop 45 'Sparling Wine Cellar' was closed from Mon to Wed. It was Tue when we had this tour. We were VERY disappointed. I just can not think anything else but the company message to all their employees "Take the money and dump the customer". We just let the company to fool us. Learning: Do not use 'Vienna Sightseeing Tours', Do not use this but use 'Big Bus company' instead !

Sorry but I wish I’d used the rail or tram system. The yellow route was painstaking and a waste of good time. The green route made up for some of the frustration. Blue route was a let down and I could walk faster than the red route. No more hop on hop off buses for me.

Excellent in-depth historical knowledge and insight. Articulate and easy to understand.
Could have talked less during the coach journey into central Vienna. But once we were on the streets she came into her own as a proper historian.,
