The support is simply amazing!
I had problems downloading various videos for weeks. Now you could say: bad software. But problems can happen anywhere. And now comes the really important part: the girls and boys from the WonderShare team tried again and again to help me. And now it works! THANK YOU for that!!! Bottom line, I'm really thrilled!!!

Worked well for me for years
I have been using this App for years. Today I used it to download a YouTube video. Last week my old computers operating system quit and I couldn't reinstall it, so I got a new and improved computer and transferred my old license to my my new computer! Seems to be working well.

Disappointed to see that almost 70-90%…
Disappointed to see that almost 70-90% of features are not included with a 4 years purchase done a year back. Lots of effects/ stickers need to be purchased which was included when started the package.
