Terrible company

So, an absolutely terrible experience. I won an auction 10 days ago, I have confirmation emails, I have bidding records, I have a picture of the product, I have EVERYTHING. Everything is visible on my user account. I’ve sent around 10 emails, I’ve been talking to around 10 different people (Airo, Nair, Neril — I honestly think they’re even making up names just so you give up on the purchase and they can avoid selling the item at the auction price because it wasn’t high enough!).

But no — I still cannot pay for the product I won. TERRIBLE COMPANY, TERRIBLE!

vidaXL is a global online company that operates in many countries in Europe and the world, including Croatia. When you place an order or participate in an auction on another vidaXL website (e.g. vidaXL Hungary, vidaXL Germany), you need to have an address for the delivery in that country and for support, you need to contact the customer service from those countries.

We had horrible experience with VidaXL

We had horrible experience with VidaXL. My mother ordered a bed frame form VidaXL web page, but the bed frame never arrived. We contacted them via their customer service, but they said the bed frame was delivered on our address couple of days prior which simply cannot be true. Therefore, my mother asked them for the tracking number of the delivery so we can check with the delivery agent if they even recieved the package for delivery, but they didn't respond to our request and we never got the tracking number of our supposedly delivered bed frame.
My suggestion is to stay away from ordering via Vida XL page or you are risking never seeing your purchase or the money again.

The wall storage is low quality with unclear instructions

Greenhouse and the wind

VidaXL supplied us with a greenhouse. The whole process was efficient, although some parts were missing. These arrived fast as well.

This is a great company with an extraordinary service but, if you live in an area prone to stronger winds, be careful about this product: vidaXL Greenhouse with Base Frame Green Aluminium.

Order history and tracking is not working

VidaXL is the only webshop I know, where I cannot preview or list my previous orders or track my current order. It is not new issue, the same is a number of years. Probably not worth to mention, but anyway I wrote that.

The product is very poor quality

The product is very poor quality and overpriced for what you get. It's like it's made of paper, ridiculous, a waste of money. I wasn't home when my husband installed it, otherwise I would have returned it immediately.

Website is awfull

Website is awfull, packages are usually broken.
Imagine that: you have to assembly 2.2 meter sofa by yourself. It comes in 60x40 cm box. That wasn't explained on web.
Now imagine the quallity of it.

Poor quality, lower than price

I orderd outside blok sofa and i was desapointed. It is poir quality, small for narmal people, so lower that is almost on the floor. I should see, why is price ok!

Positive feedback

I wasn't very happy with my last order from vidal xl,so i left a review,soon after that a women named Mirela contacted me and tried to solve my problem. Very bad company

Unfortunately, a very bad experience. We ordered the furniture two months ago, and when it finally arrived, the wardrobes were completely damaged. The complaint process was extremely exhausting and time-consuming. Although we had received four boxes, they persistently sent us only one return label. We repeatedly asked for four labels and went back and forth by email for days, as the phone number does not work and it is impossible to reach anyone by phone.

After who knows how long, they finally sent all four labels. We properly handed the packages over to GLS, and then a new waiting period began. After several weeks, they contacted us claiming that they had not received all the packages and demanded proof, threatening that without it they would not issue a refund.

I contacted GLS, who clearly confirmed that all four packages had tracking numbers, were delivered to their location, and were in their warehouse. Only after further back-and-forth, sending evidence and delivery photos (which we had to obtain ourselves), did the communication become harsher, and only then did they decide to refund our money.

All in all: prolonged disputes, poor communication, a low-quality product, and an extremely unprofessional attitude toward the customer. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone and would absolutely not recommend this furniture website.
