I received these chairs in August. By November two had broken, through normal use. At this point, I asked for a refund, but my request was declined. Replacement parts were sent instead. This evening, I have had a guest over and another chair has broken as he sat on it. I no longer want these chairs. Yes, they are inexpensive, but they are not fit for purpose if an adult cannot sit on them. Due to lockdown, they have barely been used, as we could not have people over. At this point, I won't accept anything less than a full refund. I just want to return all 4 chairs purchased.

In terms of customer service I would like to re-write my review. I had been contacted and a follow up was made on my issues. The price difference has been wired to my account, the product was shipped to my address. The faulty LED component had been replaced and I had been called several times if everything was alright.
I glad that comments were taken seriously and my problems were solved.
In terms of the product itself, I would not buy it again as the quality is really poor. A whole was missing, the screws therefore couldn´t be attached correctly.
The end of the bed so so instable that it is impossible to put a pillow against it, you need to push the bad against the wall, however this is not how the room is set up. The upper end moves within 10 cm forth and back and it is not wise to use it to support your head and pillow.
Well, I would not buy this product again and I actually would return it but it seems just way to much hassle. We will keep it, until breaks and then buy from a local business where you can test the product and see its faults.
In the end, at least the customer service tried to make it up and therefore a heads up for the customer service, not for the product.
This is VERY VERY BAD. I wanted to get a bed with Matratze. First, the voucher was not accepted for the signing up for the newsletter. I had trouble to create an account. Then I wanted to wire the money, only half details were provided and I could not wire. I texted several times for correct details and started to grow suspicious, and and ask to use my credit card instead. Again no reaction. Finally, I got the bank details with BIC because - surprise, although the site is in German and not to chose German, it turns out it is in the Netherlands. This was also not visible on the bank account.
Then, finally I googled the bic and I wired the money.
Today I got the message, the money was received and my order will be sent.
Then, hours later a message, that my money will be returned (what actually happened) and I will not receive what I ordered!!!
Then I thought ok, I order again and of course the prices went up, funny, from all the different sizes of this bed, only the one I want, miraculously, the price went up just for this one bed.
I wrote several e-mails, tried to talk to their staff, no chance.
I am sorry, but this is why I actually buy rather from Amazon, this has never happened there.
They apologize when something goes wrong and have a great customer service, here, this is more than disappointing.
VERY funny answer. I wrote my phone number on several emails within this week.

I am not going to public my phone number here! No way.
I gave my phone number via e-mail.
All I wanted was that the order was re-installed.
I ordered.
I paid.
I never said cancel.
Now the same articles are online but way more expensive, price went up the same they my order was refused... interesting.
I WANT THE SAME PRICE.

Esta loja online para além de enganar o cliente na forma como vende o produto, manda produtos estragados. Para piorar a situação engana o consumidor no reembolso, após de várias tentativas de virem recolher o produto acabam por não vir buscar.
Após na reclamação do paypal esta empresa obriga a mandar o produto para Holanda, visto que mandou de Madrid.
Não recomendo esta loja de maneira nenhuma, engana o cliente desde a compra do produto até ao reembolso.

This online store not only deceives the customer in the way it sells the product, it sends out spoiled products. To make matters worse, the consumer is deceived in the refund, after several attempts to come and collect the product they end up not picking it up.
After the paypal complaint, this company obliges to send the product to Holland, since it sent from Madrid.
I do not recommend this store in any way, it deceives the customer from the purchase of the product to the refund.

Kontakt aufgenommen man könnte mir nicht helfen da es ein externe Verkäufer ist.

Jeg starter med at bestille 4 julegaver, fra et firma allerede den 15. december. Pengene bliver trukket på min konto, med det samme. Da jeg ikke får mine vare, får jeg af vide, at det er et andet firma der skal sende dem. Da jeg kontakter dem siger de, at de ikke har modtaget nogen ordrer og nogen penge. I would never make use of this company. I am a mother of 5 children, with little money when I study. I therefore go online to find gifts as cheap as possible. I start by ordering 4 Christmas presents, from a company already on the 15th of December. The money will be deducted from my account immediately. Since I do not receive my goods, I am told that it is another company that will send them. When I contact them they say they have not received any orders and any money. I am constantly promised that now they are dispatched. But nothing has been sent. After 20 emails, I am now informed, on December 23, that the order has been canceled. But they have kept the money. My kids do not get their Christmas presents. If man is not mature enough to have a company, close it. I must now try to explain to my children that Santa has forgotten them. How proud you are of yourself. Hope you had a merry Christmas, with my money. May your ass itch and your arms be too short.

after multiple more emails, and a couple of bad reviews, they finally agreed to take the item back and refund me the original amount.
Untrustworthy.
Item is defective during the guarantee period, their support department confirmed this, but said they dont offer the same product anymore (they do, but it is more expensive now).
They refused to fix or replace my unit, and just want to send me a different product that is worth the same amount I used to buy mine.
They are going in loops,
I was promised a refund, then they retracted it. Then I was promised a replacement unit, then they retracted it.
Good afternoon. Item received in 7 business days. I'm happy with everyone.
Won't be shopping here again. Ordered a picnic blanket, received a corner cushion and a garden trellis (separately) instead. No replies from any of their various email addresses on their website. Proceeding through paypal to get an exchange or a refund. Item was a birthday gift, ordered a month in advance, the birthday has now passed and they now have an I.O.U. instead.
