The TV table was best.I found it useful for TV of 55 inches. It has two side small Book keep compartments. Middle space is good. But the height is less than ideal.

Returning: nightmare + not over yet
Unfortunately the product description did not match with what we got so we had to return the product.
The customer service was friendly, took my data via Chat and got an email. Impressed, but then it started.
To arrange a pick up service, took some time. Then it came GLS and the guy was terrified when he saw the package: too big was the answer and he left.
Of course we packed it in the original cartoon, but it seems GLS was not informed about the size.
So then again: reaching out to customer service team arranging another transport.
I was announced I’ll be called by someone else and truly in few hours someone called to pick it up. Sounds good, right?
So he came next day with a truck, did not have me a receipt since he wasn’t an official delivery service, but showed me the email with my address and phone for pick up and the address of receiver- all good. Gave it.
After 3 weeks I reached out again to customer service team to ask how long will it still take for the refund.
Answer: send the tracking ID so they could confirm product arrival. Grrr
I’ve explained again the situation, send the emails from the person I was instructed to hand over the package, now radio silence.
500 euro
Will I ever get them back???
Almost 2 months for entire craziness and still not fixed.
It seems the people are nice, but their process is messed up.

I was immediately contacted after I left my review. The lady was nice and promised to help. And indeed, after 1 week I got confirmation that I’ll get my refund.
Checked my account and the payment arrived.

Order not delivered, GLS delivery service was just terrible. Got the refund from vidaXL after posting a negative review with a short content "order not delivered, no refund". Moreover, after this negative review customer support tried to call me multiple times. They also sent numerous emails, asking me to edit / delete my negative review. Oh, and they gave me a discount voucher for 10 EUR. Wouldn't recommend using their services.

Goods received quickly. I had an issue with the roof of the tent. Customer service reacted quickly and helpful. I am very satisfied with the order an can recommend it.

I wish I knew what I was getting myself to before making an order with this poorly managed company. No one feels responsible for anything, you return an order and expect that you will get your refund like any other online shop but with Vidaxl it’s the opposite, you will have to struggle and fight back for your own money , which is sad.
Please before you make an order with Vidaxl think a thousand times about it!!!!!!!! Let’s hope that I might get my refund soon 300 Euros is a lot for me!!!!

I ordered 10 tables for the hotel and two were broken. I sent them back in one parcel and vidaxl thinks I only sent back one because it was only one parcel. After 3 months of back and forth with 16 different people from customer service I decided to just ignore the fact that I payed for one table that i never received. The products are good but as soon as something happens with the customer service you better run!

I ordered 4 things. A children's bed and a TV bank that were OK, although a screw missing from the children's bed. The living room small tables came with wrong amount of legs and also lost their color after only 1 week of use. Also, one of the tables made a big crack just few days later for unknown reasons! Finally, I ordered a dinning table which came with holes and scratches!!! I returned the dinning table with fortunately a very smooth process and the refund came back fast. I am very happy with the customer service, however it is a tiresome situation to order stuff and then turning out to be in a very low quality or with parts missing.

Ordered garden chairs twice as their webpage did not respond at the end of the first order, then tried to cancel one of them, customer service generously offered to help but then sent out both, easy return (i e had it back to forwarder) was not possible as they refused to hand out return label before I received the goods; so I had to carry the four chairs to the forwarder's outlet to give them back
price higher as with Amazon where they would have to pay coimmission

Wortst customer service ever. Contacted them regarding a return, chat assistant offered me a discount to keep the goods. When I declined, they said return would be processed via email, so I undid the furniture and packed up the boxes. After 24h nobody followed up as promised, so I chased them again. An answer came !!6 days!! later, telling me that it was too late for the return. That was very disappointing as return processing has been promised via chat.
If you expect your customers to stick to the return time frame, maybe offering a customer service serving in a timely manner would help.
Besides, quality is super low and furniture unsatisfactory.
