Ordered a tv unit Delivery was Perry fast was flat packed with instructions unfortunately there was no stickers on the wood so didn't have a clue where peaces went lucky my boyfriend is a carpenter for a living but still had definitely as no stickers showing you how to assemble it also the guide hoses was in wrong place had a absolute nightmare experience...

Quick delivery. Bed was a bit difficult to build but looks great now it’s up. Very happy!

Stay away! They charge you for returns, and its an arm and a leg! Makes you question if a return is even worth it! In this day and age, it's simply a scam to stop returns.

This item is when assembled as advertised on the company website photographs as regards colour, size and construction.
Item arrived intact and undamaged in good time from initial ordering to delivery and there was good communication between the company , delivery services and myself
Assembly instruction booklet could be improved as in parts I found it ambiguous and confusing , which was very time consuming, particularly in relation to the fitting of the doors.
However, overall the product is a very good solid piece of furniture, sturdy with an aesthetic colour and finish

The trailer itself is good; the 65 kg capacity is ideal for camping gear. But the experience has been ruined by terrible quality control. I was sent an item that has clearly been returned by another customer and shipped right back out without being inspected.

It has damage all along the right-hand side: the canvas has holes in it, the plastic wheel guard is scuffed, and the metal pole is visibly smashed and crushed at the frame connection.

Receiving a product in this state when paying for something new is unacceptable. The only reason I'm not returning it is because the item is too large and heavy to bother boxing up and sending back.

A great product at a acceptable price but the delivery was not good well over a week from ordering

Very pleased with the pair of plinths I purchased recently from VidaXL which I purchased for a pair of heavy reconstituted stone sculptures.They were considerably cheaper than the plinths available elsewhere and seem sturdy enough to handle the weight.Delivery was also very prompt so would recommend this company.

We bought a bed settee for a small mattress we already had. Delivery information was prompt and we were able to change delivery dates easily. Was dubious at first as it arrived in a suspiciously small box, but it went together beautifully, looks expensive, and is fantastic value. It’s holding up well and is fairly sturdy. Would recommend 👍

The delivery was prompt and the bed was a good price.
I bought it as a present and was very nervous that the parcel which arrived was so small. I'd have appreciated a label on the outside of the box confirming the size of the contents. It's in a lot of pieces! It's not been constructed yet so I can't comment further re the bed itself.

Ordering and waiting for goods not to bad. Tracking not so good. After sales terrible. I broke a hinge on installation, Tried to order a replacement, no chance, kept saying order number not valid. Gave up in the end.

Very fast delivery and overall a good product (bedside table) As described with clear easy to follow instructions to put together and more than enough parts. Unfortunately the dowls that go in the top of the back legs to sit the top panel on are either too long or the holes not deep enough because when you tighten the fixing screws they push through the thin veneer on the surface of the top causing it to crack. I have managed to sort this by covering with a lamp, but i'm not sure i'd order again

I can’t believe what a beautiful piece of mango wood I got to turn into a coffee table. I ordered the rough wood so I could sand it myself but I didn’t need to. It has lovely markings and with a bit of furniture oil it’s stunning. The price was great too as was the delivery and so many sizes to choose from. I was a bit worried at first as I’d never heard of the company but I didn’t need to be. I will definitely order from here again.

Delivery timeframes not met. Tracking doesn't work so you're just left in the dark. Useless customer service. Do not use.

The worst company to deal with ever. Poor quality products. Dont waste your time or money on these guys

Awful. I saw pix of some very solid looking corten planters and they weren’t cheap so I assumed based on the photos that they were assembled and normally functioning planters. Nope. I tried to assemble a flimsy rectangular metal planter myself and it was absolute hell, very fiddly with tiny cheap looking screws (don’t look like they will last) and difficult access.

I left the second planter’s parts outside to rust and wait for a day when I could pay someone to assemble it. I was pretty dismayed when I realised it’s not actually a rust colour but rather yellow, and it stains. I then got it assembled (had to pay) and realised at that point it didn’t have a bottom at all. I should have paid more attention when the flatpack arrived but I was unwell and just needed something for the summer.

I contacted customer service and got an AI response stating that I could have a £15 coupon or £11 as a refund. I’d spent almost a hundred on two planters I can’t even use! I had a planned spot for the hexagonal one but not without a bottom. The other one has no drainage. I am definitely never going to use their shop again so no coupon thanks. And the £11 refund - is that a joke???? Absolutely appalling. I’m sure I didn’t see any photos of pots that were clearly assembled without bottoms. They all looked solid to me. This is not a good online shop if their pictures lie so blatantly.

Update: The company has sent me a number of tiring AI generated messages ‘to make sure I’m happy’, including a survey, well no I’m not happy with just 10% off the original purchase. Let me be clear: I think there could be some flexibility and understanding when a customer complains about poor product descriptions that should be immediately stated in the title and maybe a subtitle, and overly complicated descriptions all over the web page that they can’t focus on because it’s too overwhelming for an older person with disabilities. The website is ableist in this sense. So a measly 10% refund on a really expensive order is silly (what you usually get as an introductory offer at most shops anyway) when the product turns out to be not as expected due to entirely surprising and unusual construction, and as such completely unusable and ready for the skip. Went over the 14 day period by a bit because could not find help for an assembly that wasn’t expected as thought such expensive items would surely not arrive as flatpack, could have received a bit of sympathy for that. Should have returned it straight away but was taken aback. Can’t be bothered with a company like this and will not use it again. Will rather shop with Amazon as at least you can reason with customer service about poor product descriptions. And the rectangular planter without drainage is already come apart because I was unable to get the screws in properly due to the awkward design and flimsy screws. I now have to hire someone to MAKE me a bottom for the hexagonal one.

Further update: they still keep bombarding me (they’ve edited their response below) with this idea that there’s something to discuss when they’ve made it VERY clear that they already offered a tiny refund and that’s that. What is there to discuss? Go away!!
