We’d like to clarify that Victoria Queen is not a dropshipping company. We operate with three international warehouses, which allows us to ship worldwide. Because we ship globally, delivery times can vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and carrier handling, and we understand how delays without clear communication can be disappointing.
We take customer service very seriously and strive to respond to all emails within 24 hours. Our team is consistently available via email, and we’re sorry if you felt this wasn’t the case during your experience.
Regarding the plug type: as an international retailer, products may be dispatched with different regional plugs to accommodate global orders. That said, receiving an item that didn’t meet your expectations is not acceptable to us. We would be more than happy to arrange a free replacement to correct this.
While it’s upsetting to be described as a scam, we do note that the product was delivered. However, it’s clear that the overall experience left you unhappy, and we are fully prepared to make this right.
