Professional and friendly service from…

Professional and friendly service from Vicky.
Great to get valuable advice and support from an industry expert who was able to guide the reactive events team to success.
I particularly appreciated the time spent within the team in the first instance which gave Vicky a good overview of the strengths and weaknesses of the team which formulated a more tailored support plan.
I have used Vicky Roberts Hotel support twice now and won't hesitate to contact again for further training and office support.

I would highly recommend Vicky Roberts Hotel Support

I have known Vicky Roberts for 10 years, having worked with her for 6 years across two businesses.

Whilst her job titles didn't always reflect her role and importance within those roles, her knowledge, determination, people skills, tutelage, leadership & personality always delivered great results.

She is in my opinion a highly effective M&E and Sales specialist, who leads by example and influence. I would highly recommend her, and would have no hesitation in working with her again.

This was my first time working with…

This was my first time working with Vicky and I was very impressed on the delivery/content of the Sales Training. The feedback from the team was excellent and they came away very upbeat and keen to put what they had learned into practice. I have seen a significant improvement in our BDRC results on the back of Vicky's sales training programme.

Vicky is helpful, knowledgeable and very professional

Vicky's training on salesforce was extremely helpful.
With her hospitality knowledge, was able to guide me step by step. Each section was covered with ideal short cuts where applicable. She is adaptable to all the hotel needs and ensure she will make changes to make life easier. She is a pleasure to work with and know I can call if I need any further assistance.

Vicky was an incredible remote support…

Vicky was an incredible remote support for my hotels during one of our busiest periods, she was helpful, knowledgeable & turned many enquiries around in a short space of time! In addition, Vicky provided some much needed training to my team or brand new coordinators. I would not hesitate in recommending Vicky to any other hotel or venue who may need support, training or consultation!

an expert in her specialist field

Vicky’s skills are born from excellent knowledge within her field of expertise in meetings and events, BDM and corporate sales: All supported through a thorough understanding of operational deliverance that allows excellent guest services. Vicky is a great communicator at all levels from team members within an office environment, through to General Management and board Level.

I highly endorse and recommend Vicky

Vicky was excellent to work with

Vicky was excellent to work with. A true professional and an expert throughout. I worked with her remotely and she supported me on 2 roles. Vicky was able to answer enquiries, create proposals, send contracts, load and update bookings in Opera S&C, chase enquiries. She is very competent and M&E forecasting and giving her opinions on changes each week. I also used Vicky on site for Opera S&C classroom training for some new starters.
I would highly recommend Vicky to anyone looking for on site or remote M&E support. She made things very easy for me and was a great source of knowledge.

Improved Results - Immediate

I had worked with Vicky at a number of hotel groups over last 10 years and when I heard she had gone out on her own I jumped at the chance to use her skills for a review of the team, roll out BDRC and give them some extra sales training. All the team were very motivated by her and we have seen improved results already. Thanks Vicky

Positive, professional and practical training

Vicky’s professionalism, knowledge and understanding of call preparation, call handling and taking the sale through to completion can’t help but fire enthusiasm into all who she trains. She joined us for two sessions with teams of different experience and skill sets. At the end of the sessions every individual was achieving top call handling and rfp scores on a regular basis. With a great mix of practical tips, practice sessions and scenario based training I wouldn’t hesitate to ask Vicky to run call handling sessions for new or experienced teams again.

Highly recommended - knowledgeable, experienced and commercial.

I couldn't recommend Vicky enough if you need sales office support and systems support. She has great knowledge and experience of a multitude of systems and operating processes and can very quickly bring clarity and strong commercial benefits to your business.

She was a pleasure to work with, helped us improve our systems and reporting, assisted with on-site training of the team and also jumped onto enquiries when needed!
