1 star service from Bruce and the mechanics

My vehicle went in to get a scratch out of the bumper at the Knaresborough branch 23rd April it was an insurance fix so I had no choice but to take it there …….. big mistake ……. I have a security camera in the car for my own security…. So as the weeks went on I waited for my car to get fixed and on wed 6th may I checked my camera to see what was going on and caught a mechanic help himself to my mints that was in the car !!!!! So I went down to talk to the manager who then addressed tge situation with the mechanic so I said to the manager I want my car back so he brought my car out and the new fin they installed was scratched so I had to leave the car over night AGAIN to get fixed which I wasn’t happy about so on the Thursday when I went to collect my car they pulled it out of the garage with a glove taped over my camera so I couldn’t see what was going on on my phone !!!!!!
So if you have to take your vehicle there just beware

Great service and price, 5 star

I recently purchased an Audi A5 quattro from Allton Cars. Their service was very good. The car was as exactly described in the ad and as shown in the pictures. The car was delivered to me in Glasgow in very good condition. The delivery distance was nearly 300 miles.
I am very pleased with the car and have no hesitation in recommending Allton Cars to anybody looking for a quality car even if they do not live near the dealer.
