I didn't receive the product
I didn't receive the product, and the agent I spoke to just kept saying to contact the postal company. That isn't how it works, Vicedeal should be doing that, and when I look at tracking I should have some sort of proof of delivery such as a photo, signature or even the address that it was delivered to. This is obviously a spam company and I would urge everyone to not use the company and to go elsewhere

Can't really say until the item is delivered. As normal, long delivery (1 week) time predicted. I hate having to move away from Amazon, where you can get a delivery within 24 hours. This sort of delivery, in 7 days, puts this company in the same company as scammers. Makes me feel uncomfortable. I was not given the alternative of Express Delivery. Why Not?

I ordered a product from Vice Deal about 3 months ago. The shipping is slow, but, there is a case that didn’t break my experience, but made it great: my product was lost during the shipping and support team reacted very fast on my claim. They offered me a refund or resend the product with fast delivery. I got a new one in less than 2 weeks. Item completely corresponded to the description, in happy about this experience even tho there was an issue in the beginning.

Website was easy to understand and pricing for item seemed too good to be true.
And it was, they sent completely the wrong item and the returns policy seems to be a nightmare and the customer's problem.

Item ordered easily and delivered in a reasonable time frame, unfortunately the item didn't work correctly, trying to return the item was made impossible, not only was the chat bot completely useless, it just kept sending me around in circles & didn't do anything to help the situation, when I was able to locate a returns process it asked for the order number, when I input it, I was told it didn't exist, I have the emails of confirmation, what a complete sham, I will never use them myself, nor would I ever recommend them.
