I placed an order 15th December 2025 and not received my item. After several weeks I contacted the company and they were very rude and didn’t want to know. I just just contacted them again and they informed me it now to late and they are keeping my payment and I still have no item, corrupt company be aware

I ordered a landline telephone with care, but unfortunately, when it arrived, I noticed that there were Chinese characters on the buttons. There was also something loose inside the phone that I could hear when gently moving it back and forth. It took a little while to resolve the issue, but Vicedeal eventually offered me the choice of selecting a new telephone or receiving a full refund. Throughout the process, I found the communication with Vicedeal friendly and polite. I really appreciated their willingness to find a suitable solution, and I am certainly satisfied with the way they handled the situation.

I ordered a Retekess TD021, as clearly advertised on the website. Although I paid for 'express' shipping, it still took 6 weeks to arrive!! (emails regarding shipping ignored!)
What arrived was a very poor quality fake version product!! I will give them credit that they replied to my email quickly regarding this but basically came across as 'cancel the paypal dispute and we will help you'.
Paypal already refunded me!! these people are clear crooks! and I believe they are fully aware of the fake goods being sent!! just look at other reviews.
UPDATE: so you read my review and ONLY comment on how long the item took to aarrive NOT the fact that is it clearly FAKE!!!
just look at recent reviews......dozens of 1 star! AVOID THESE PEOPLE

Goods not delivered. Had an online chat with a representative from the company, they asked for another 6 weeks to deliver. Told them to cancel and refund. No Refund. Nothing short of theft. Stay away!!! Buyer beware.

I am very satisfied with the microphone I ordered and the quality is very good. Thanks.

Quick and easy

Do not trust the seller for any possible returns! I made an order for a mistaken item and was trying to cancel the order the very same day when I ordered and paid for it. But it was said that it is impossible due to their logistics settings, however I can just easily return the order once received.
So, now the portal doesn’t even allow me to file the return (constant Error). And also the site says that a free return is only available for defect items.
Why no chance to cancel the order just an hour after it placed, as it obviously didn’t yet leave China by then??!!

A very deveas company, there wording on the Poco X8 pro max phone cases are very confusing,l ordered a phone case for a Poco X8 pro max, which is what it stated on the top of the order page, and l was sent out a case for the Poco X8 pro!!!!!!!!!, and they are saying that l made the mistake, not them,!!!, they won't take any responsibility for the era which was made in the initial order wording, which definitely states the Poco X8 pro max case!!!!!!!!, so lm definitely not recommended this company to anyone out there!!!!!!!!,a very misleading company,who don't take responsibility for their mistakes 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 definitely won't be buying any other products from this company!!!!!!!!!!

The refund service does not work, I have yet to receive a response for the return request on my order. The product received was of very poor quality. Go to another site to buy, the poor man always pays twice

Purchase went smoothly. Now to see how delivery goes.

Poor quality long delivery took 2 months to arrive. Cheap and tacky asked for a refund and they said no just because I had it delivered to my work place and not my home address (as living at my work place till I got my home) . Poor customer service. Don’t use. It wasn’t a small order either and I shall be going through to the courts

I ordered a Samsung Earbuds blutooth. But got a total Chinese Shitty Sound Fake in Original Samsung Packaging. Buy cheap, get cheap. But still its not ok to declare as Samsung Earbuds. Lesson learned 😂

Never again. They only sell overpriced junk.

Two and half months wait for the items. No communication/ no tracking numbers- nothing. Very disappointing customer service and I will not ever again order anything from them again.

Ordered a Toshiba TA7318P chip to repair a VU meter for an amplifier. Seems the chip is a 'fake' one which doesn't work at all. Reported to the customer service, which after two weeks even hasn't taken the effort to answer me. Never will order again fromt his company, which has zero customer service. Asked for a free return, but I already have the impression this will not be free at all. If they ever will send me the details how to return.

Edit after getting an answer from ViceDeal: They told me I got contacted before on august 6th and yesterday. Checked my mails including my SPAM folder, there were no incoming mails from ViceDeal. Also tried logging in to my account on ViceDeal. My order has suddenly disappeared!

So it is very easy for you to write you contacted me, and telling me you are waiting for my response, as there is no way to contact you. I can not reply to this review, just edit my original review. And my order has 'disappeared' on your website after I asked for a refund, where I still didn't get an answer from you.

Product was bad, contact with customer service is also very bad!

Now you are trying to delay my complaints so there is no more valid way to claim a refund after 100 days. I asked my creditcard company for a chargeback for the delivery of a non-conform or fake product. I hope to get my refund like this, as clearly I have been fooled by your company which is nothing less then a dropshipper!

Do not use this site. Cheap crap does not work

Ordered in June 2026. arrived 24August 2026 I guess my Air-conditioned will be for 2027, I need to check if the item is in good condition, wasting time, money and useless to order. Customer service is almost impossible to reach. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend Vicedeal.

1 star – Misleading product description and difficult return process

I purchased a product from Vicedeal for approximately CHF 39, which was advertised and presented as an automatic cat toilet/litter box. However, when I received the order, I discovered that it was only a rubber/plastic base or tray. This was not what I reasonably understood I was purchasing from the main product listing.
I contacted Vicedeal to request a return and refund. However, they refused to provide a free return and required me to pay the international shipping costs to Hong Kong.
This is particularly disappointing because Vicedeal advertises free returns on its website.
Instead of providing a refund, Vicedeal offered me store credit/bonus, which I explicitly rejected. I do not want store credit or another product. I simply want to return the item and receive a refund for the purchase.
I am very disappointed with both the product presentation and the way my return request has been handled. Based on my experience, I would advise other customers to carefully check exactly what they are purchasing and the conditions for returning an item before ordering from Vicedeal.
