Nice product and not fast but fair after service
The products I ordered look great. I have a system for Hydropnic growing buckets. They are correctly delivered. I loved them the first year. I also ordered a 2nd system. Again it looks great. But 1 pump worked 1 season, now it is broken down after 13 months. I think it was reather fast. But it was just after guarantee time. I asked for a new one, I even offered to pay for it, first I got no response. Than I asked again and I had to send a video of a not working pump. Than I got the message: problem is solved. There was nothing answered at that moment. Now, after a new contact, they offered me to pay back a part of the puchase. I think that is very fair. It took a while and some frustration first, but overall I am very pleased with Vevor. Thank you!

I bought a motorcycle jack, it is by far the best thing ever! Under 100€ 😎 I was sceptical by viewing some reviews on youtube saying it drops to fast… just pres the release slowly 🤷♂️. Also bought a tool wall, yes the plastic one. I needed it sooner is all I can say. Great product.
It’s plastic yeah, but it does its job perfectly. Delivered within 5 business days! Totally recommend it.

Forget all about guarantee and customerservice
I bought an ozone generator and received it back in January 2026. Shipping was fast. The item itself worked very well - one time. It´s not even 6 months old and not working anymore. The fan is running but ozone is not produced. Proposal from Vevor is a discount of 4,50€. I don´t even know what to say. Their "customerservice" is a joke. They send several mails with different requests in order to slow down everything and probably hope you give up. I informed them that I will of course not accept a discount. I want a new item that is working and asked for a return label to send the defective item back. Now I´m not getting a respond anymore. So this was my first and last purchase with the chinese company Vevor.
Yes, they have some cool products and the prices are good. But pray, that the item will last, because there is NO guarantee (despite their guidelines) and NO service towards the customers. They have your money and don´t give a damn about you.

Not as good quality as expected
Delivery was on time but the moment I used the display for my cookies at an event for the first time, the magnets on the back doors came off and we had to patch it up with tape. It’s a shame because it’s supposed to be a premium display, much more expensive than a regular plastic one. It also did not come with the tongs it was supposed to include
