Great price and quality!

This is the first time I have ever been able to contact a website on a Sunday.
Excellent customer service and fast processing.

Good stable product. Easy to install and use . Comfortable working with it. Only the side slides are not deep enough to prevent things to fall out when you transport it

Strong but light weight

I got 2 VEVOR House Floor Jacks, 19"-36" Height Range, 18000 lbs Max Load Capacity, Adjustable Support Beams.
They seem to be very strong and good as many friends who bought the same Jacks told me.
However, in my order I got one jack in perfect conditions but the other Jack had some kind of rusted welded base area that was painted over and the paint had fallen of, also or the worst it was bended by a strong Impact or pressure in one of the base corners, it was bended to a point it did not even stand on its own, totally unsafe for use . I will send it back for refund. UPDATE 26/08/2026: Customer Service is very fast and helpful, I will get my refund as requested, therefore I change my score here. Damaged products can happen anywhere, what is important is how the seller company assist you, in this case they are doing great. Thanks

Extremely disappointing delivery and customer support experience

I ordered a vacuum chamber from VEVOR at the beginning of July. Unfortunately, the package was repeatedly returned to the sender between Poland and the Netherlands, without any clear explanation of what was happening.

I contacted VEVOR customer support many times, but the experience was extremely frustrating. Different agents provided contradictory information: one promised that a replacement shipment would be arranged, another informed me that a refund had been processed, and another simply said that the issue would be forwarded to the relevant team. However, nobody actually investigated the reason for the failed delivery.

The communication felt highly automated. I repeatedly provided the same information, but the agents did not appear to review the previous conversations or the details I had already shared. My case was never properly escalated to someone who could take ownership and resolve the problem.

I also contacted DPD directly. They confirmed that my delivery information was correct and explained that only the sender could investigate the shipment and resolve the issue with the delivery status. Despite this, the parcel continued moving back and forth between countries without any real investigation from VEVOR.

After weeks of communication, the situation is still unresolved. I have lost several weeks, experienced significant stress, and my plans were seriously disrupted because of this failure.

Shipping problems can happen, but what matters is how a company handles them. In this case, I experienced a lack of transparency, inconsistent communication, and no real effort to solve the problem.

I cannot recommend VEVOR based on this experience and hope the company significantly improves its customer support and case management.
