Avoid VEVOR – Unsafe Products and Highly Unprofessional Customer Service
I strongly advise against buying anything from VEVOR. My experience with them has been very disappointing and concerning. They delivered an unsafe and defective product, and their customer service was unprofessional and evasive.
After receiving a product that was clearly unsafe and did not meet basic quality standards, I contacted VEVOR, hoping for a responsible resolution. Instead of taking the right action by offering a return and full refund, they tried to give me partial compensation of only about one-third of the original cost.
I only got them to increase the compensation offer after I mentioned reporting them to the European Consumer Centre (ECC). I refused to accept partial payment because the product was defective and posed a potential safety risk. Eventually, they refunded me in full without asking for the product back, which shows how little they care about consumer safety.
VEVOR runs a webshop (probably) in the Czech Republic, but they sell low-quality, Chinese-made products across Europe. This strategy misleads consumers into thinking they are buying from a reliable EU-based business.
I have saved all communication with their customer service, which clearly shows how unprofessional and evasive they were throughout the entire process.
Don’t be misled by low prices or fancy websites. This company is not trustworthy. If you care about product safety, transparency, and good customer support, I encourage you to steer clear of VEVOR.

Terrible customer experience
Terrible customer experience. I ordered a garage shelf before christmas. When it arrived it was both wrong color and size which meant i couldn’t use it. Instead of shipping a new one, customer service repaid the order amount. When i then went to order a new one, the price hade increased dramatically. Customer service then finally agreed to pay the difference. But when the new order finally arrived it was the wrong product once again, in the exact same way. Now they want to repay the order ones again and want me to place a 3rd order. I’m now confident that they will ship the wrong product once again.
