The waiting time for the seller to ship the item is far too long. It’s even more frustrating that the website doesn’t offer different shipping options. For example, I don’t want to wait a whole week for my package. I’d rather pay extra and receive it as soon as possible.

Sold a necklace and buyer said it had a stone missing. Was told to video me opening parcel and when I opened it it was a totally different necklace. This site refunded buyer and stated they where same the person looking at this must be blind or just don’t care I will never sell anything on here as the customer service person is useless
