Received a call today from the most wonderfully call handler Laura who was amazing from start to finish explaining g everything ensuring I understood everything that was available to me and enabling me to make the best informed choice….i now have a policy which is affordable and meets all my needs and I can’t thank her enough 😘

I personally dealt with a lovely lady called Kelly Hough, she was FAB! She made the whole process as quick and as easy as possible she’s didn’t cut any corners and explained everything so clearly for me to understand. She explained all benefits available to me and suggest ways to get me even more benefits! Highly recommend her! Thank you so much Kelly!

I first used Hug life a couple of years ago, Laura was exceptional then, and due to a change of circumstances I reached out to her again because I was really pleased with her service, she goes through everything in depth and the best part is you can tell that she is smiling when she is on the phone with you

As a very busy person I wasn't the easiest to contact but Cameron made sure to call me at a time (or 2) convenient to myself and my schedule to ensure my cover was up to date and most appropriate for me. He was very knowledgeable and helped me choose the best policies for our needs and deal for us. He explained everything clearly from the start. He also called back at the agreed times. I would definitely recommend if you’re looking for life insurance.

Helen Brierley was amazing explained everything so you understood terms and there was no pressure to go ahead with anything if you didn't want . She made it 1-1 like she knew you not just a person at the end of the phine
