Website was very easy to find what we were looking for. The shipping was quick and our boots arrived as expected. As first time Vessi boot wearers we found the boots to be more comfortable than expected, easy to put on and yes even wearing them out in the snow we have dry feet.

I bought the Stormburst High Top for its waterproofing and was surprised how comfortable they were on 5km walks and warm in -20C weather. I ordered on line and miss judged the size as I have wide feet and there was no problem in exchanging the boots for the next size up. Customer service has been exceptional and my next purchase for the summer will be one of there shoes even though I have been loyal to only one other manufacturer for all my shoes in the past.

Vessi’s customer service is beyond compare. I forgot to put in the free pair of gloves with the boots I bought so I sent an email. In just minutes, I got a response and in few days I got my gloves. Also, Vessi shoes are very comfortable and water proof so you can’t ask for more. My wife and I own a few pairs and we don’t use other brands anymore.

Their product is exactly as advertised, and high quality. I love the look of my Vessis, they're very comfortable, and fully waterproof.

Customer service is fantastic. Shoes are indeed waterproof.

The products are great and are fairly waterproof while not completely waterproof they are definitely going to keep your feet dry other than in the most extreme conditions

I’ve had a really good experience with Vessi. The shoes are super comfortable, lightweight, and actually waterproof. Unlike other waterproof shoes, Vessis are breathable and not clunky. I’ve worn them on wet days, and they’ve performed exactly as promised. They’re also easy to style for everyday wear, which is a nice bonus that I wear them all year round, even when it's dry.

Customer service is amazing with them, quick to respond, professional, and genuinely friendly. Any questions I had were handled smoothly, and the whole process felt easy and stress free.

I enjoy several styles of Vessi shoes. I like the fact they are waterproof, comfortable, versatile and my orthotics fit. Their customer service is outstanding if you need anything or have questions.

Horrible company. Cancelled an order and refunded me after a week with no other notification given. Refuse to stop sending me e-mails, despite having opted out at least 5 times and after several e-mails from them saying they will! One of the e-mails was asking me to buy the shoes that they had cancelled on me. Not sure who's running that company, but they don't know what they are doing!!

I placed an order on January 7th and was later informed via email that my shoes were not in stock. After waiting weeks, I finally received them on January 30th—and I kid you not, they looked worn with dirty bottoms.

At that point, I felt completely unappreciated and disrespected as a customer. The only solution offered was to send them back again after already waiting all that time. I refused and requested a refund instead. Now I’m being told I have to wait up to 10 more days just to get my money back.

Unacceptable experience from start to finish. Poor quality control, poor communication, and zero customer appreciation. I would rather wait for my refund than give another dime to this company.

Negative 10 stars. Never again, Vessi.

Ease of ordering, great fit and my feet stay dry in rainy weather. Style and colour are wonderful too.

Just returned from a 2 week January trip to Europe - My Vessi Chelsea boots were PERFECT!!! They kept my feet dry and toasty!! I was very worried about having wet feet and my Vessi boots were amazing! I also walked upwards of 25,000 steps a day in COMFORT!!! Don't hesitate buy the shoes!!

Vessi is amazing!

I originally purchased a Women's Coastal Hoodie, size large. I wasn't thrilled with how it fit, so I exchanged it for a Men's Coastal Hoodie, size small. The exchange was seamless and fast considering it was over the Christmas holiday.

This thing is my favourite jacket ever! It's so comfortable and looks great on me. I love how it fits and how it feels.

I also got a pair of gloves and they fit perfectly. I like how soft they are inside and that I can still use my phone while wearing them.

I'm looking at picking up a toque and some shoes next.

I have a pair of Vessi’s that I am still wearing and they are five (5) years old. I have bought three (3) new pairs over the past two (2) years as I love the lightweight and comfortable shoe, bonus is they are waterproof

It took a very long time for the order to reach me. I ended up contacting Vessi to see if they could find out where the parcel was and when I could expect delivery!
Navigating the web site and placing the order were fine! No problem there at all!
