This company is amazing tbh

This company is amazing tbh. I ordered a Vessel Pipe from another company . It arrived to me in France without a problem. I then contacted Jeneca in customer services àt Vessel. Basically , because the only place you can get the new Tide case for the pipe is directly with Vessel. Àt first they were very apologetic and said they only shipped to Canada ànd America. I sent them an email back saying how good the pipe is and how gutted I was that I couldn’t get a case for my new pipe. They then sent me another email, thé next day, suggesting other sites I could possibly try to get a case from, about 10 in total. Thé next day I tried every website they suggested, with no luck. Either out of stock or only ships within America. I emailed Jeneca back ànd again , within a day she got back to me. She had spoken with the shipping team ànd they had agreed to make a special exception for me ànd ship it to France 🇫🇷. Not only that, but they also sent me the case for free !!!. All I had to pay was the shipping. Which worked out just less than thé case.
The Vessel pipe is an amazingly well engineered ànd machined work of art tbh. I have smoked my ganja pure in a pipe for the last 30 years. Believe me , this is a nice pipe to smoke. Thé brass bowl is sooo sweet to hit off. It never really gets hot ànd always such a smooth smoke.
I’ve read all the reviews, that you petty people have left with one star. ⭐️. Always moaning about the transport or the customer service. I have nothing to say but great things about this company. Definitely one to watch. To all who read this. Thankyou for your time. Order a Vessel Pipe ànd make your own minds up. You won’t be disappointed. 👌😉

Unreliable Customer Service

My order didn't ship after waiting almost 2 weeks. I tried to contact them via their site chat, it said wait times were longer than expected, but even 7 hrs later it never connected me to anyone.

I tried email, no response.

I found their support number and someone answered finally, but they said they weren't sure why it hadn't shipped yet. However to make up for the delay, they would ship it FedEx overnight for free that day. "Awesome, thank you"

Except they didn't, they shipped it standard ground delivery and FedEx Ground is worse than UPS around here. It's now almost a week since I called and my package has been delayed multiple times. Supposedly will be delivered today, but the tracking still just says On The Way.

Overpriced garbage without Quality Assurance

Overpriced garbage with horrible customer support and warranty. I'm out 70 dollars because this company doesn't seem to have any quality control. I received a vape pen what wouldn't charge or turn on. I had to argue several times with customer support do you even get them to agree that it wasn't working. That was a huge waste of time. Then on top of that they require you to mail out the defective device without even sending you a replacement so now I'm out $75. What a scam

Ruined a gift. Zero accountability.

I ordered two vapes and cases for a special occasion. One item was on backorder, but I got no notification, no heads-up—just silence. Instead of offering a solution, they canceled the entire order and refunded me like it was no big deal. No effort, no apology, no care. They ruined what could’ve been an awesome gift. If you value your time and your money, look elsewhere. This company doesn’t value its customers, just the transaction

Multiple purchases and interactions with the folks at Vessel have proved that this is an absolutely first rate company. I love the understated quality of their products and how well they work. 10/10, I have bought almost everything they make, LOL!

Long wait for warranty support

After two months, the adhesive came off of the bottom glass of the Element. I emailed them about warranty support and never received a response for over two weeks after sending several emails.

UPDATE: they gave me a refund of the replacement part I had purchased myself as well as a partial refund of the original purchase. They still didn't actually communicate, I just got notifications of the refunds. So that was kind of weird, but I'm happy they took care of it.

Horrible company they know Canada post…

Horrible company they know Canada post is on strike & they send my package through them now they won't refund my money until strike is resolved. But every other company that cares about there customers use other shipping methods not Vessel they take your money then send your package to canada post that hold it ransom there crooks

Received a wrong item and unfortunately the only way to reach customer support is via email. They took 3 days to respond just to tell me that the return of the wrong item would need to be confirmed before shipping out the correct item. One big problem, they sent the wrong label for the return so now I have to wait even longer for them to fix it. Absolutely awful customer service. They do not care about fixing their own mistakes and good luck getting timely responses from them about their own mistakes.

Expensive junk product

Love the expedition pen I purchased. That being said the first pen failed in 3 months. Was set a replacement that pen died failed within 2 months. The issue with all the pens is that they stop drawing. I was sent a replacement for that one. I bought a different expedition pen and that pen failed after 5 months. A replacement was sent. Both replacement pens failed in less than a year but only have 6 month warranty. So that is 5 pens that failed in under a year. Emailed customer service and was told no replacement as pen was past 6 month for warranty. They included a a 20% discount, seriously why would ever buy this again. I believe they are suppressing bad reviews as my review is not showing up after 5 days since I submitted the review. Customer service has stopped responding to emails.

I find it hard to believe that they have very little negative reviews. The majority of complaints in negative reviews indicated that unit had failed. I am curious what the actual failure rate of their products is.
Im sure the 6 month warranty is really based on the high failure rate so they can cut their losses from junk products.

Jeneca went beyond and above in the customer service category. This day and age doesn’t seem to matter in a lot of businesses once the transaction is paid they usually aren’t as eager to help once they have all ready got your busine$$. But they made things right and then some. Will def shop vessel again & again if they put the customer first over the product

Stealing money.

I tried to buy vape pen 4 times from 4 different cards.
Money went off, but order wasn't completed because of some error.

Horrible Company / Stay Away

I have multiple products from this company. Aesthetically they look nice. Quality in products and service is devoid completely.

Batteries won’t hold a charge after a month or two of use. The compass battery has been sent to me multiple times with manufacturer defects (magnets not installed, the spring connector piece stays erect preventing a connection with any 510 cartridge) and the customer service is either non-existent or they are condescending and refuse to acknowledge their products faults, blaming the customer with pre-planned excuses.

This company is horrible. They make horrible products that arrive not working or break within a few months. They have horrible customer service.

Vessel Batteries die in 6 months

I purchased the expensive flagship model for top dollar. It worked great for 6-months and 22 days, then broke. The battery no longer would charge. Vessel will not stand behind their product. It only has a very short 6 month warranty. So, I was out of luck. The warranty length underscores the fact that this is a poorly built product and prone to break. 6-months is nothing. Keep your money and buy a $10 battery, they will probably work even longer.

Customer Support

I recently ordered a Compass. First, I have to say it was packaged beautifully. You feel you are opening something special because of the weight and detailed packaging.
After less than 2 weeks, though, it developed a problem, rendering it unusable. I am unsure if it was the product, the cart or what precisely started the issue.
I contacted Customer Support and they were outstanding! They were prompt with their replies, courteous, and solved the problem quickly and efficiently (I was sent a new Compass). Because of my great experience with CS, I am a customer and cheerleader for life.
