5 of 5 on mic functionality. Using DGM20 USB-C mic. Have not tested playback for quality sample yet but ran the mic for the first time during a meeting last night with no issues. The support arm is stable and the entire unit is light-weight. The gain adjustment knob feels smooth and sturdy. The LED is a nice aesthetic if you are into that sort of thing.

No experience communicating with Maono yet. No customer service feedback to offer. Examined the official Maono page today and explored available software tools. There are many reviews in other venues that mention the Maono Link software triggering a trojan virus alert in their security suites. If you are going to try out their software, I would recommend testing in a virtual sandbox first. So far, the hardware appears to be a great mic and an excellent value.

The Maono company is not getting good reviews on software or customer service.

this company is a scam do not consider buying from them, they sell faulty appliances that work for a day. they also do NOT communicate and will most likely do everything in their power to avoid you.

The mics they make are of amazing quality, Maono is my go-to company when it comes to audio equipment (mics, headsets, mixers etc) and always will be. I've used the Maono PD200X for about 2 years with no issues at all and have just ordered the PD400X for a little upgrade. The shipping times to the UK are a little long (up to 14 days) but it's definitely worth the wait.

Gentlemen, I am trying to contact the company MAONO and while they say they respond within 48 hours, they have not responded to my message that I a week. Why don't they respect their customers?

They wanted to collab with me for a gifted sponsorship on TikTok and wouldn't stop emailing me about it. I agreed and gave them my address, since then they have ghosted me and not sent me anything. I've been waiting since April. I've even tried getting back in touch asking about it and still nothing. I've also got in touch with their general support and nothing. DO NOT collab with them, they are scamming you for your private details.

I was Sceptic at first but then bought it, it took about 15 days to come but i came, and it is some really good products. I bought the maono pd200xs

The site is legit. Delivered to Spain in a week. You can confirm it's legit because the link to it is in official YouTube channel named `MaonoGlobal` (check the links linked to channel)

Most probably a scam. Ordere an arm and got confirmation delivery 7-15 days,,,,20 days later still not shipped from China

I purchased the PD200X about a week ago and it's really great, he sounds great and it's a great option for some people on a budget, he can also be connected to my computer via USB/XLR.
You know, some times I will play games and don't want to control the microphone, the PD200X can be controlled through the software, I think it's really very good to try

Ordered a Maonocaster Lite AM200 for my granddaughter. Patient with emails from Angela@manocaster as to when it would be delivered by Yanwen to US. Even signed up for emails at AfterShip (for Yanwen). Last message said it would be delivered within 3 to 6 hours. NO PACKAGE. I can't receive any help from them as to where my package is. I dont know if I've just been scamned or what, but I am such a disgruted customer, I wanted to share this review for buyer beware.

The PM461S Microphone was built well and felt pretty good. It didn't feel cheap and the finish was nice. it comes with a mic arm and as a kit its ready to go. being a cardioid microphone its best suited for being close to the mouth, perfect for YouTubers, lets players, voice actors and so on.

It comes with a typical shock mount though, and if placed on the desk it WILL pick up bangs etc. I would advise you mount the microphone on something other than the desk to reduce background noise.

Pop shield works to a degree but feels a lot less quality. I bought a 3rd party shield on Amazon and it worked a lot better.

Overall its a pretty good sounding microphone. I would be happy making videos with it and the kit would suit someone looking for a budget solution.

I have used Maono AU-400 & Maono AU-B01 & I am happy with their products so far. I will be buying more again. I purchased them on amazon.in & now I see that flipkart.com also has started selling their products.
