Other than the long wait for the products (as stated by the company themselves) everything was great, very well packaged and good materials, t-shirts run small tho, I usually wear M but even though I got a L it fits like a S/M. Sick designs

so i ordered the heavens eclipse and the japan shell jacket on their joga bonito drop, personally i thought i was getting scammed at first because it wasnt shipped out. after emailing them they were quick to respond and reassure me that it'll be sent and they were super transparent which is pretty rare in companies nowadays - service is great, clothes are genuinely insane, i recommend it guys.

the wait is deffo worth it, for the reviews who complain about the long wait, it's written in their website - pretty frustrating to see :/

My jersey is fire! It was preorder so it took about a month to arrive but so worth it. Nice boxy cropped fit, great material! Def would buy again!

Took a while to receive my jacket but I received it in the end. They said because it was order at the end of one batch of stock which was for order waiting to be fulfilled, it would come in the next batch of stock. Very very happy with the quality though

I ordered 3 pairs of jeans from them, they came just as shown and are a work of art. Great customer service when it came to asking questions and getting them answered through email. Highly recommend. Wait time is long but these are worth the wait

Lovely brand! They have amazing quality pieces that truly standout and are one of a kind, the craftsmanship is amazing! You can tell that a lot of time and detailing went into each of the pieces!! Will def be buying from the again

I’ve loved the company for a long time, which has stopped me from leaving this review. I bought a pair of jeans which sadly didn’t fit. I planned to buy other items in future drops, and sent customer service an email letting them know I wanted to return. It took them an incredibly long time to get back to the first email (I had to follow up), but once they did, their customer service representative was lovely. Once I stated that I wanted to return, I was ignored. No return address, no further correspondence. Speaking to friends, and others who’ve bought from them, it seems that an intentionally difficult and tedious returns process is sadly a standard experience. It seems that I’m going to have to explore getting my money back through reporting them to my credit card company, which I never wanted to do. Loved the company, but I think you’ve unfortunately lost a customer here.

I ordered this item near the start of October for a birthday a month later, assuming that would be plenty of time. After waiting a couple of months with no delivery, I contacted the company to ask for an update and was told the item was “made to order” and I would have to wait. This is misleading, as the items aren’t bespoke, one of a kind or custom-made. While I can appreciate they are probably dealing with multiple orders, an estimated delivery time of “close to 3 months” should’ve been stated clearly before a consumer places an order, but I believe this is deliberately missed because they would probably lose a lot of custom if they was transparent. The long delay is simply because they are manufactured and shipped from China, despite the company being based in London. I was expecting it to arrive at least by Christmas, especially as it had reached their London depot before then, but it was still delayed until after. Had I known it would take close to three months to arrive, I wouldn’t have placed the order. What I will say is the quality is decent despite they’re being a few loose threads that can be easily trimmed off.

Thank you for your swift response, can you please show me where you’ve stated that the delivery time will be nearly 3 months. Furthermore if this was a pre order event you should consider shortening down the time frame as from reading the reviews some people had ordered in September. I appreciate you’ve stated this somewhere but by the amount of 1 star reviews you’ve received on this matter recently, it can’t possibly be that transparent. Just trying to help you avoid these issues in future.

After waiting over 3 months, my 2 pairs of pants have finally arrived. The designs are outstanding, but the quality is very disappointing. There are lots of loose threads, the embroidery is crooked, and the 2 pairs of pants are completely different sizes even though the label says they are the same size. They are manufactured in China, so there is, I guess, no real quality control. A very sobering experience.

I recently received an order composed of a pair of pants and a football jersey and I gotta say that I could not be happier with the quality of this clothing. The package took its time to arrive, since the clothes were made-to-order, but it was definitely worth the wait. When you take a closer look at the products you'll see how they have amazing detail and a unique essence. I’m above all excited to include this pieces in my future outfits.

I ordered a denim jeans in late October/ early November and due to black Friday and Christmas it came a bit late as its make from order... Still i'm very satisfied by the products, the overall quality and design of the products in incredible and after only a few days it's become my favorite Piece!
I would definitely order again, but in less busy times.
