I had surgery to remove my Gallbladder with Mr Alan Osborne. My whole experience with him was informative and reassuring. He explained what would be done, the risks involved, and the outcome. He has a very kind and approachable manner and at no time did I feel like 'just another number'. His Admin Team of Lilly and Lucy have also been great. They are both helpful, friendly and prompt in their replies to any queries. I would definately recommend.

Dafydd and the team have been incredibly supportive, reliable, and helpful throughout my journey with Mounjaro. It's the whole approach to weight loss ty hat works. Firstly all the questions to get a feel for what you need on your weight loss journey, then the constant level of support and understanding that really makes the difference.

I've been delighted with my outcomes from your support. Despite my initial trepidations about Mounjaro being an easy way out of my weight challenges - your wise counsel assured me it was a sensible option to support me on my weight loss journey. I explained to you how I felt frustrated with how despite the amount of exercise I was doing (4 runs a week, 3 hours of martial arts) my weight was still a challenge for me.

Since our initial consultation in September 2024 I've now lost over four stone (my target I set when we met) - approximately 23% of my starting bodyweight. The drug you prescribed just switched off all of the cravings I had and the little voice in my head always telling me I was hungry.

AS well as the weight loss I was hitting 7min/mile pace on my 200m intervals this evening - almost back to where I was before putting the weight on.

I'm now getting too small for my "skinny" clothes - the "fat" clothes having been consigned to a spare wardrobe a few months ago. Time to invest in some new clothes.

I received stomach surgery. The team at spire hospital bristol were very clear about my options, talked through the procedure and made good use of technology to share info through video call, email and private portal. The actual surgery was well performed and the staff friendly and clear re the procedure meds wound care etc. Hospital clean and pleasant. Aftercare very clearly set out and helpful. No request too much. Very communicative. Thank you

I first came across this team in October 2023 when enquiring into weight loss surgery. I have Lupus SLE which has a few health conditions tagged on and my surgeon Hari Nageswaran went away and researched the medication I take and spoke with teams to look into the Lupus aspect before proceeding with surgery. The communication was amazing from start to finish. I had surgery in St Joseph’s Newport on 12 Jan 2024 and the level of care and aftercare that I have received has been amazing. This was never about numbers on scales or clothes sizing for me. It was all about my health. My health has improved more than I had ever expected during the past 12 months. The benefits of this surgery are immeasurable and I could not recommend Hari and his team more.

I have no hesitation in recommending Verve Group. Mr Hewes was just wonderful - he put me thoroughly put me at ease, discussed all options with me and formulate a package of care and aftercare that exceeded all my expectations. I felt fully informed and supported in making the right choice for me. Mr Hewes is an exceptional surgeon who was recommended by a friend who is an eminent upper GI cancer specialist and I cannot say enough about his communication and surgical skills. Coupled with the input from Beth the dietician and Lily and admin team coordinating my appointments I have felt fully supported throughout my journey. I had surgery Feb 25 and am 4.5 stone down and feel brilliant. It has transformed my life physically and mentally and made an enormous positive impact on pain I was experiencing from another medical condition. I just wish I had done this years ago. I found the admin team to be very helpful, understanding and informative. I was kept updated with all appointments. I felt very much at ease during discussions with the clinical team and their help and advice guiding me through my pathway of treatment. Someone recommended Verve to me and I am so pleased they did. I have struggled with my weight for the majority of my life and it was lovely to have people that listened to me and did not judge me. I decided I did not want surgery but went down the injection route to suppress my appetite. Daf was amazing I would never of thought I could have injected myself but he talked me through it and waited on the call whilst I gave it a go. Daf talked to me weekly which was a great support. I did have some of the common side effects however Daf was on hand to help. I did all my communication by phone and video call. I never felt that I had to hurry the conversation I talked freely about how I was feeling and was given the time I needed to help. I still have a way to go but have lost over 10% of my body weight and have kept this off. Thank you Verve it has made a huge difference so far.

I would NEVER recomment Verve or the ALLURION Ballon, They denied me an X-Ray check when i thought the ballon had passed, so a total waste of £4000. Get Slimfast drinks instead.
