What the heck is this.. I have an attempted withdrawal from my account for $157.95 and I have no friggin clue what it was until reading the reviews here.. Lucky I have international transactions blocked on my account for this reason exactly.. God I HATE SCAMMERS!!

Just thought I would share my latest email to the biggest scammers who call themselves a bank & their pathetic reply because there is never an actual human being that you can ever speak to:
"Two months have passed since I last received correspondence from you regarding the ongoing issue. Without my permission, I am still awaiting the money that Verse has taken from my account on ten different occasions (see dates & amounts below attached).

I have officially reported Verse on two separate occasions to the Guardian Civil (see attached Denuncias) and to my bank Caixa Bank, here in Spain where these funds have been deducted from.

I am not in a financial position to allow Verse to help themselves to my money and once again I am demanding that these funds are returned to me immediately.

If my money is not returned within the next five working days, I will take this matter further to the Ombudsman, Direccion General de Seguros (DGS) and Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) here in Spain.

Shameless people from the verse its a total scam. My friends account anyakenze@ gmail.com was closed 2 weeks ago and they reply to trustpilot so quickly but in the mail they don’t reply
Why do you ask to wait for 72 hours if you are not going to reply any ?? The money it was supposed to be used for emergency but you thieves you don’t care about it.
And you ask not to write reviews for third person!??
Now don’t say me we have already contacted her in private!! If you have contacted her then why isn’t she getting replys where it was supposed be done within 72 hours while uts been already more than 96 hours!!

Instead replying here to me why don’t you guys reply yo the email of the victim?? Why did you ask her to wait until 72 hours when you are not replying her?? Its already been a week you have replied her

My account was blocked 3 days ago and i also emailed to them about how to unblock it but they haven’t still replied to me yet.
I don’t know if its a scam or what i just want to know if i will get my money back or not?

You guys really reply to trustpilot so quickly but why not on the email?? Look we trusted and used the verse app for our daily use but as these big amount of money might be used for some emergencies .

They haven’t replied to me since a week as they said they will do reply me within 72 hours but the only way to make them aware about our email is through trustpilot. If you do reply here in trustpilot why don’t you look to our email and do the thing what you say. Its already more that 5 days and I haven’t yet got any mails as verse said they will reply me in 72 hours!! Liarssa!!!

No one replies to emails. I am waiting a reply since 3 weeks ago.
What kind of management is this? In trustpilot you reply in 1 hour and in the official channels you ignore clients?

My account was blocked after making an instant sepa transfer. I have not received any email about the reason for the block. I have almost 1500€ at Verse that are blocked without any reason or explanation.
I have already sent 4 emails and even sent an email to the complaints department and no one responds.
Worst bank ever. A complete fraud!

I tried calling the number they have on their webpage and it's a bot answering automated questions. I paid the price of an international call to spend 5 minutes listening to a bot and there is not even an option to talk to a human. That's ridiculous. I want access to my money immediately and close the account.
That's enough for me!
Stay away from this Verse Neobank...

The app is great overall. Fast transfers, smooth experience, this would've been 5 stars, but you can't use promo codes from different countries anymore.

My account is blocked since 6 march and no one is replying to me!!!! I wrote multiple mails and I always got ignored. My email is berlomajer @outlook.com. Just send my money back, after that I will close my account! Big scam!

My account was blocked with 2,200+ Euros on Balance. Attempted to contact Support via phone and email but no one answers! It has been 2 days since the incident and i have no access to my funds.

I HIGHLY recommend you stay away from this EMI and look for an alternative. Zero customer support and many issues.

I do not understand anything about it. A woman with enough balance in her account. Someone transferd it yesterday. After the 300 euros were in her account, the account was unreachable and she is now helpless without money in an airport in Portugal. This is not allowed, you are a bank and if something is wrong with a client's account, you must help. You shine in not responding. Have now submitted the case to my lawyer and tomorrow legal action will be taken against your bank. I demand compensation for the lady in question who has nowhere to go because she cannot access her money, which is in the account at your bank. Bad business and unacceptable. I am very angry and will certainly give your bank some very bad reviews everywhere i can!

I was using the verse app for about 3 months everything was going smooth but suddenly they blocked my account. I initiated the transfer to my bank account but somehow they cancel it and return the money to the verse card which i don’t have access. I can’t see my money if it’s in the app or elsewhere plus the support didn’t help anything. Worst app ever.

This company is a joke. They approved my account and i deposited 3000 euros. The Money was never credited to my account and now I’m not able to log in. They don’t reply emails either. Avoid these people!!! My username is $cococ.wyncm1

They are thiefs. Blocked my account 09.22, and till today i dont have any info why they blocked my acc. They keep my money (400€) 5 months !!! Better
