Horrible customer response. They sent a shirt... too small. I have sent multiple emails like 7 to 8 trying to reach a settlement somehow.... no response

SCAM. I ordered orthopedic sneakers with the description saying they were a premium leather upper with nonslip rubber sole and orthopedic support for lots of walking. What I got was a cheap pair of plastic covered foam with a hard as a rock footbed and hard plastic sole. Not what I expected at all. When I emailed to return with photos they said I would be responsible for $40-50 shipping back to Asia. I paid $45 total. Or the other option was 50% refund. I deserve a full refund for something completely different from what I ordered! This is a complete SCAM. Dont buy from this place!

Bad sizing! Then try returning something to hell!

How is this company allowed to operate. They are registered as a UK company yet they expect customers to send returns to China. An absolute scam.
My order arrived 4 weeks late. I tried to cancel it after the first week but they said it was in transit so I could not cancel. When it arrived I thought it was a joke. No company with any standing would present the item I received as something anybody would wear. I am taking this further and I would ask Trust Pilot to forbid the use of it's logo on their site

If I could leave negative stars I would. A complete Chinese scam website. Dress arrived and was sold as hand croched but was 100% polyester and extremely poor quality chinese made. Do not BUY!!!!

This company is spam never received good for, hiking gear don't use can't find emails to dispute it

Ordered product from them and never received my order. No response from the support contact email listed.

This is a scam, I never received my order after they told me it would arrive in days. You can’t get in contact with no one and you can’t find any login information

Don’t use, company makes it impossible to return items to China, because it won’t give you the info you need to return it.

I give 0 stars as well. My story is the same as a lot of the other customers. It’s has been over a month and still have not received nor any updates. As soon as I messaged for a cancel and refund same thing the site was no longer available to me. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. HUGE SCAM.

I made an order and they took my money and SOON AFTER blocked my email idk how they can get away with this but I will be reporting them

This company is a scam . My order never arrived ,and their emails disappeared from my server and recent emails I sent bounced back. I now must dispute the credit card charge with my bank for goods that never arrived and seems to no longer exist. To clarify this is Velloria , a sports apparel company that advertised on IG and not a jewelry store called Velloria which I see on the heading of this review and with whom I have never done business .

Stay away - not Australian company with extremely bad made clothes from china - you cannot return either

the quality of the items i received are horrible, and it takes about 2-3 months to receive your order. the item was priced at $25, but in the end it ended up being about $50, and i asked for a refund and they said they would only refund me 30% of what i paid. they also said that the return fees would be expensive. do not order from them, its a complete scam.

The product didn't even resemble the photos
It was 2 months Late and then they insisted I pay to return it or they offered me 35% of the value and I could keep it.
I paid for the shipping to receive the product, I certainly wasn't going to invest more money to return it
