This is a scam company

This is a scam company. They scammed me out of $58 saying my order was delivered on March 16 and didn't need shipping after sending me the shipping update March 18th saying it's in transit and expected to be delivered March 21-30. There was no reply this time from the company when I sent them the email the product was claimed to be delivered

Please don’t buy from them

Please don’t buy from them. Despite the company is registered in UK their garments comes from China and THE BUYER MUST PAY FOR THE SHIPPING COSTS! I bought a skirt size M, which is my size, the skirt was way smaller than an European size M and I ask for a refund, I had to pay £20.70 to sent back and the skirt cost was £35. Basically made a loss of £15. Be very careful!

RAGS

Well I cannot leave no stars as it won't let me score lower than 1 The dress I ordered came about 7 week after order, and well what a pile crap it is. Now they are threatening me with legal action for a £30 pound rag. I have offered to return with parcel company at a cost of £7.71 but the address they gave me will not come up on Parcel Companies system system they want to pay nearly £30 to send it back this company is a total RIP OFF so steer well clear.

Mens shawl cardigan in Grey

Ordered a Mens shawl cardigan in Grey, initial problem was that the Grey was not available so requested a blue item. Delivery took forever and when the item did turn up it was not a cardigan at all but a poorly made casual jacket.This seller is a scam, look at all the one star reviews and avoid them like the plague.You have been warned!!!

this company isn’t even worth one star . Tried to send the jumper back and the postage to China is more expensive . If you read their return policy is in not clear , that you are returning to China . The phone number does not exist either . The address in London is not their offices . I managed to get 35% of the item back , but that took loads of emails to get . Became very frustrating.

never received, website gone, not helpful customer service

I have ordered one dress off this shop for the first time. the order was shipped day after I ordered and everything seemed ok but 2 weeks I still haven't received anything. I contacted customer service through email as their website was taken down and I didn't have any chance to view their policy. I was just told to wait and that it will be with me shortly. I have contacted Yodel and they have told me that it was marked as shipped but they have never received the physical parcel. I shared this information with the retailer but again I was told to wait and that the parcel was on the way to the shipping warehouse. I luckily got helped by yodel as there was no movement of the parcel for 9 days so they applied stop and return to sell policy(if they ever receive it) and thankfully I had help from my bank via dispute as my last email about refund and help was ignored by the company.
