Very disappointing and frustrating…
Very disappointing and frustrating experience.
I raised an issue regarding a competition where I won 11,000 NOK. The terms did not clearly state that the prize would be paid as bonus funds, which I find misleading.
Since then, the situation has only gotten worse. Customer support is not addressing my actual questions. Instead, they keep repeating the same generic response about the game working correctly, which is completely irrelevant to my complaint.
They are ignoring key questions about:
- Why the competition prize was not clearly disclosed as bonus funds
- Why I am unable to access the game
- Why I am still not receiving proper assistance
I have now been unable to access the game for weeks, and despite repeatedly reporting this, I am still not receiving any meaningful help.
It feels like the case is being deliberately delayed instead of properly investigated.
What makes this even more concerning is that they appear to have updated the competition terms in a later competition, yet they still refuse to answer my questions about the original one. This raises serious concerns about transparency and fairness.
They respond publicly here claiming they will help, but in reality nothing happens. It appears to be for appearance only.
I expected a reputable and trustworthy casino, but this experience has been the opposite. At this point, I feel ignored, misled, and very poorly treated as a customer. I would strongly advise others to stay away.
