The product arrived absolutely packaged Beautifully. It was just for me but if it had been a gift anyone of my friends would have felt incredibly special unwrapping it. The product itself smells amazing.

Disappointed
I bought 2 eye masks from Nightire as a gift. I heard nothing from them, no tracking details. My order took days longer to arrive than it should have. I had to contact Veo a few times to enquire about the status of my order (they did get back promptly each time). It finally arrived in a battered box with no returns label and no invoice. Also, there are no washing instructions and no info about what type of fabric the filling is. My experience felt like buying from a large corporate company and made me distrust this product and wonder if the fabric is actually organic etc. I will be returning it but it's not clear how I do this or where I return it to. I have bought through Wearth before and had no problem. This is my first time buying through Veo and I'm not sure that I would again.

I initially received the wrong order but customer services sorted it out
I initially received the wrong order and I emailed Veo to ask what had happened to the products. After three days without receiving a reply, I used the contact form on the website to ask what had happened to my order. I did receive a reply from this but the email went into my spam folder so it was a few days before I discovered it.
Veo apologised for the error and contacted the supplier and I was very happy to receive what I initially ordered a few days later.
