Misleading advert. Not super soft. Not wicking
First off the designs look great so 5 stars for that but sadly that’s where the 5 stars end.
The socks with full print (ie not white) look great on the advert but the reality is different, there’s big black lines down the sides of the full print socks where the front and back printing join, which looks bad. Also, once you put them on, the printing looks faded and not great.
They claim to be super soft and wicking but neither of those things are correct. The socks are ribbed and you can feel the ribbing on the souls of your feet. It’s not uncomfortable but equally, not super comfortable. I would say though, they are less comfortable than standard socks.
Wicking…. Nope. Because they’re thick your feet get hotter and sweatier than with other general socks.
I was really disappointed with the printed ones but i do still sometimes wear the white ones with designs on the back.

thought i would give a try to a new to me sock brand they had some cool patterns and i love socks ! ordered up 8-10 pairs , a week later get a bill for another 50-60$ for tax and import fees which are not listed at all on there website inquired with them through email as they have no customer service number , they refuse to credit me back my order as im not paying the extra fees for socks for that amount , they have no option to cancel order , it has never arrived after more than 3 weeks so i cant refuse it and they just leave you on read ... very poor customer service ! i will just go back to tried and true Stance socks ! So as an update they were very quick to respond here but not at all with emailing in after asking to just refund my order as we still never received any goods after 1.5 months . We finally had to do a charge back on our card they even tried to deny the charge back but once the card reviewed the order we got our money back . It’s not really even the 200$ in socks it’s the principal of the matter I would go out of my way to promote them but it will be the opposite now !

Terrible store
Terrible store, I never received my ordered goods delivered to Austria. The service team kept me waiting for weeks until I set a deadline. After that, they promised to resend the goods, but I never received a shipping confirmation, a tracking number, or the goods themselves. Further attempts to contact them failed, as the customer service email address no longer exists according to the email provider. Luckily, I had made the payment via PayPal, and they immediately refunded me the invoice amount. Praise to PayPal.
Answer: Using standardized replies to portray the claimant as not credible is a very cheap tactic on your part. How could you have searched for records, by my pseudonym Google name "Your Name"!? That is beyond ridiculous and cannot be serious, can it?
It is normal that something can go wrong, but a professional company should be able to resolve it within five weeks of the order! In the end, all my emails were returned with the notices “Unknown recipient address” and “Mailbox not found,” which I had to submit to PayPal as evidence. Fix your problems instead of shifting the blame onto others. ORDER 21489.

Beware of duties and taxes from Evri International
This is my second purchase with Venture. The first one no issues and love their socks. So excited I ordered 6 more pair and shortly afterwards received an email from Evri saying I owed over fifty more dollars in duties and taxes by 9/14/2025 or my socks will be returned. Jo won't reply about this and I've asked several times worrying I was being scammed. Still no reply and now I'm too frustrated and won't pay another penny as I feel paying over one hundred dollars for 6 pair of socks was plenty enough. If this a legit invoice from Evri, Venture did not make me aware of this at the time of purchase or were they even kind enough to reply and suggest what to do.

16 days and still don't have muy socks
It is been 16 days since I paid 55€ for four socks and I am still waiting to receive it. I send them two emails and nobody has answered. It is an adress in Spain, it is not difficult!

I can’t believe the customer service is…
I can’t believe the customer service is so bad. I am trying to get a response/ resolution to order 16020 other than “it’s at the parcel shop “. I have been to the parcel shop 4 times and it is NOT there. If it was I would have picked it up and I wouldn’t be sending emails or DMs on instagram.
Just to remind you -
…” Under the Consumer Rights Act, when you buy goods from an online retailer, they are responsible for the goods until you receive them.
So, if the courier loses the goods you ordered or they arrive damaged, the retailer is responsible for putting things right, not the courier.
“If your order is not delivered or the delivery company has been useless, you need to take the issue up with the retailer rather than the delivery company,”
Evri are impossible to contact and it is your responsibility to resolve this. Either refund me or send out again via Royal Mail.

Order not received and ghost site
I ordered on 25th november. At today no notice about. I tried to write them, but no one answer. Reading on this site I can see that is normal procedure. From their link to traking seems that we have receivedd a note with instructions to pick up, but false. Their automatic chat is useful, give ever the same stupid answer. For further buyer stay away from them.

Not received due to incorrect customs documentation
Customs sent it back to them because of “insufficient, incomplete or incorrect documentation” which after checking into it means they didn’t do customs documentation correctly. Can’t review the socks as I haven’t received them. Customer service just told me I had to wait for it to be sent back to them and that “Once we receive it back we can resend for you, until then we won't know what the issue is.” When I queried how long it would take, I was told “I'm afraid we just have to wait for it to be returned, usually within a week?” And then they sent me an email for a review of their customer service.

Delivery company did not deliver
I ordered a pair of socks on the 11th December, unfortunately the delivery company did not deliver! No updates! however, I emailed Venture and Jo could not have been more helpful! End result - I got my socks in time for Christmas! Excellent customer service!
