Abysmal customer service response
Although these socks DO look great at face value, I was concerned to find that the enter the dragon socks I bought and the daisy pattern, both suffer from a cosmetic quality issue.
The enter the dragon were on sale so maybe wondered if the issue relared to that.
The flaw seems to be that socks with any colour to them are printed or somehow produced on a white undersock or white fabric underneath.
This means that when worn and thus subsequently even marginally stretched, the white underneath shows through.
The heel fabric on my enter the dragon socks is particularly so but that part usually remains hidden - in a trainer or cycle shoe.
What is annoying is that I buy these by being attracted by what seem like strong bold colors/ styles / images. It's not clear why the under layer whiteness shows through. I have bought a third pair to see if this is the same across all the range.
What is MOST annoying is that despite several attempts to politely ask Venture about this issue - are they aware of it/ why does it happen / does it only affect certain ranges etc, they PURPOSEFULLY gnore these questions and comments - on socials, despite the brand being active there and positively responding to other posts.
Shame on the sole director of the Ltd company that is Venture socks, Reactive Brands Ltd.
With an attitude like this towards questions they don't want to answer in public forums, plainly it's questionable how long before dubious quality ruins what could be fantastic socks.

Don't order from France (import taxes not included)
Don't order from France as import taxes are NOT included.
While the shipping time was quite effective, I ended up having to pay half the value of my purchase in import taxes... This was not expected and makes those otherwise very nice sox quite expensive to say the least :(

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re really sorry to hear about this issue—it’s certainly not the experience we want for our customers. Import fees for orders under €150 to Europe are included in the price, so this situation is an anomaly, and we will investigate further to make sure this doesn't happen again
the goods did not arrive after two weeks
After two weeks from the order I still have not received the goods. I tried contacting customer service but haven't received a response yet. the tracking code appears to be incorrect.

I find it utterly disgusting that this company is using Jesus Christ of Nazareth on its socks as a way of extorting money.
Using his image in this way is the lowest of the low in which to promote your brand.
I will never purchase from this brand.

Thought I’d give Venture a go after seeing some in my local skate shops. The moisture wicking and fit is spot on and they came out of the wash like new.. The on foot feel is better than other socks by miles, these are my new go to
