First of all I never received the item. I don’t know where the item was delivered. I was told to contact USPS. There was nothing that was done to help me resolve my issue. I basically paid for something that I never received and I am very unhappy about that. There was nothing attempt from them to resend. I will not order from them again.
Quality is awful! Not the same design, no cup holder, no double laptop and book divider and not the same materials.can’t fit anything in, very small.

Shocking! Do not order from these. They are all over TikTok, I wasn’t well up on shopping on there, I didn’t realise it took me to a website rather than ordering on TikTok shop.
I ordered a laptop bag, no confirmation email so was unsure I was even going to receive anything. Finally arrived 4 weeks later, not as advertised couldn’t even fit my laptops in. No information online to return or give a review, have a feeling all reviews are fake. Have messaged twice with no response. Have a feeling this is going to be a company in China that will cost me more to return than the bag is worth!! So frustrating!! Don’t bother with them, stick to SHEIN !!!
