Ordered 3 pairs of Montebay loafers. All colors. I had an issue because they shipped only two pairs. I contacted their customer support and they resolved the issue promptly. They shipped the other pair. I really like them. Good quality and comfortable too. Will be ordering again from this store.

Good quality sneakers. I ordered Durango sneakers and it was a pleasant surprise. I was a bit hesitant because I had never heard of Alunzo, but that was gone quick. Shipping was fast and the sneakers are worth the price. Will order other colors

Very disappointing experience.

The shoes looked much better in the photos and ads than they did in real life, and the quality felt cheap. When I tried to return them, customer support told me a restocking fee would apply, despite there being no clear mention of any restocking fee in the returns policy on their website.

That contradiction gave me very little confidence in the company. In my experience, the product presentation was misleading and the returns process was not transparent.

I would not buy from them again.
