Vawoo is not be trusted!

It's been almost a month now since i placed my order. The seller has provided with a fake tracking number which shows no update since 22.09.25! The tracking which i'm referring to is: LR518585567NL. The parcel seems stuck in Netherlands with no movement at all. The rest of my orders hasn't been shipped yet. Vawoo is a gang of thiefs and liars! Everytime i send the messages asking for refund they kept ignoring my request. I want full refund for my purchase! What part of this won't Vawoo understand? A police complaint has already been filed against Vawoo for scamming me. Shame on you Vawoo for treating your costumers like this!

My order did not arrive

My order did not arrive. Support got confused and gave me wrong tracking numbers multiple times. In total it took 4 months just for them to tell me one item is out of stock and the rest should have arrived.

I asked for a refund. They gave me 50% and told me i should be thankful to even get that.

Truly horrible.

I asked both of the 2 last step shipping services, both told me they cannot locate the package and the seller would have to inquire. I relayed this to you. Apparently you didnt request an inquiry.

At the end of the day:
No matter where the package got stuck in shipping - It is your responsibility as a shop to make sure I receive the product. I don't care wether you locate the original shipment or reship it, i just want to hold the product in my hands or get a refund.
The abysmal communication errors are just the icing on the cake.

iCity CT 35000 vape

I ordered one iCity CT 35000 disposable vape, September 15th, and the only update in shipping is that “the item is at the shippers warehouse” and that was September 22nd. Is this a scam? I would most of all like my vape, but if it’s not going to come because this is a scam or it’s stuck/taken from customs, I demand my money back. No one said anything about shipping to Norway would be a problem?

Pretty disappointed.

Bad experience

Tried to put an order several times torought the day and always the same message "Currently payment system is unavailable. Please try again later"
Got fed up and went shopping elsewhere. Some users had the same experience here on trustpilot and here they are apologizing for the inconvenience but when you send an email they say everything is fine and I might have forgot to turn my vpn off.
