I have so much trouble with navigating your web site. And just like this email sent to my old email after I changed my email address and talked to two people to fix it but NO help. You change things on your web site and it is harder to use rather than easier. I do enjoy my learning sessions and my teacher.

I highly recommend Varsity Tutors. I especially recommend Ms. Maria Torres. She is the best tutor! Thank you for your help and support.

She is intuitive and patient and kind and encouraging, which is exactly what our son needs as he has special needs enjoying his sessions with her rather than being reluctant to go into a reading tutoring session and we can see that he is proud of his accomplishments, which makes us very happy for him .

My personal tutor is engaging, understanding and patient. She keeps me on track with games , exercises and questions.

I took a test on this site and it forced me to make an account under the pretence that it would give me my score afterwards. Not only did it not give me my score, their website is terribly designed and isn't very navigatable, especially for someone who is not looking for a tutor. Very dissapointed because I spent a good deal of time completing the test for naught.

My instructor is very knowledgeable and explains everything in a way that helps me to understand.

For the time of tutoring that I did not have problems with, I would definetly recommend and use Varsity tutors again. the Layout of the class was well strutured with additional tools available. the ability to review the videos of each session was particularly useful.

For new students, I would suggest getting a syllabus early for the class so that you can base the progess of your course compared to how the tutor is progressing additionally "homework" and labs are a great way to drive home your lessons. If you have issues, remember that a messaging service is available to reach out to your tutor. Finally if your issues are not resolved with your instructor, contact Varsity Tutors directly.

Update: I have been contacted by Varsity Tutors and have been refunded the additional charges that were made based on misunderstandings of all the issues I had.
